Amazing how he pointed out how many variables come into play and are handled in the genophage stage (Mordin alive or dead, Wrex alive or dead, Maelon's data, Salarian espionage, cure or not to cure) and all have relevance and repercussions compared to the 1,2,3 ending.

This obviously points to the game being rushed at the deadline and the dev team had THE MOST IMPORTANT areas to finish but were not allowed to be as thorough with them to get the game out on time (rush jobs = ending, beginnning, face import, and Tali's face)

Just invested 40 minutes in this video. I hope Bioware do the same as its simply awesome. I haven't seen something so comprehensivley tell everyone why the endings were so bad. And I never thought I'd see Star Trek used as a comparison!

It came across as so apt to me that Star Trek was referenced in the video. Mass Effect reminds me of Star Trek TNG, which is great! Star Trek is a prime example of great cerebral sci-fi.

Mass Effect is also well influenced by Dune, a sci-fi masterpiece.

"I used to be irritated that they were replacing the primary antagonist of the ME series in the final scene of the game. But this kid isn't strictly speaking an antagonist. The truth is actually worse they've replaced the protaganist of the series in the final scene of the game. Shephard has nothing to do in this scene. There are no dialogue options that matter and the ending choice is meaningless...."

THAT´s EXACTLY the reason why I didn´t liked the Ending. As he explained, Tuchanka was an epic Section of Mass Effect 3, were you really could see, how your Choices could alter the Outcome.

And I liked how desperately he tried to shoot the Kid^^
