BUT, i don't think he put enough emphasis on the choice driven endings.
Dunno, maybe i misunderstood him :|

And just as this guy, I'm baffled at how BioWare can make 3 awesome games, but screw it up in the last few minutes.

Great explanation of what was wrong with the ending.

While not the worst video I've ever seen, it's rather protracted and redundant. It's also a blatant, and very poor, rip off of the Star Wars review I've cited previously here:Turtlicious wrote...
I found this, it's AWESOME. I LOVE it, I find it very good and reccomend everyone watch it.

About that review. Anyone who hasn't watched them should. They're better than the actual Star Wars movies.
P.S. In a testament to my nerdiness, I actually remember the Star Trek episode from which that excerpt is taken. Picard is on trial in this scene. The woman, whose words are muted, is the prosecutor, and, the daughter of the man Picard is quoting. She becomes enraged when Picard uses a statement from her own father to refute her, at which point she stands and dispenses a visceral tirade culminating with something to the effect of, "I've brought down bigger men than you Picard." After this, realizing she's both embarrassed and revealed herself biased in front of everyone present, thereby destroying the credibility of her case, she walks out in the middle of the proceedings (promptly followed by the attending Starfleet representative); the case against Picard susbequently being dismissed. In the end, she sees the error of her ways, and she and Picard end up reconciling before she leaves the ship. /Fin. LuLz.

Great video, didn't even notice it was so long!Although I do still like the Indoctrination theory, hehehe.
The indoc. theory is the only way BioWare can keep what they made as ending and expand from there... the only to salvage it.
Second option would be, change the ending... which might not necessarily be great.
Third option which they might do is, keep their ending, no indoc. theory, as they 'attempt' to clarify the ending with DLCs and what not. That will sink the ship.

This is simply the best explanation for my recent spiral into hopeless, godless, self-destructive depression. He put my bad feelings into words. Bravo.
This... If there was any ONE thing I wanted Bioware to 'get' out of all of this... I'd reccomend that video. .. Oh and it's constructive too.

After seeing that youtube vid, "CLARIFYING" will just not cut it. I can't get over how right he was about the Genophage resolution. The guy in the video is right. Lose the god child thing, kill it with fire, throw it out an airlock, and then fire a few missles at it, just to be sure.

Are you serious? How about you watch them. They convey all of the basic principles this guy is merely regurgitating, which are applicable to any story of this genre. (Bioware could learn plenty from them as such, and also because they're far more comprehensive.)Evil_medved wrote...

All this guy did was take the substance of the SWPM review, slightly retweak it (if not plaigerize it) to fit ME3, and you people are treating it as if it's some profound epiphany from on high; which is rendered even more absurd given that there's nothing in this video that hasn't been stated a thousand times prior in prose.
P.S. *Correction.* He does admit he's ripping it off.
