holy SHIZNIT!! I just watched the entire video. That was absolutely brilliant! The way he explained narrative coherence just clarified the situation a thousand fold. Basically everything is explained in Mass Effect, EVERYTHING, either with in game dialogue or the codex, but those last 10 minutes bring up a bajillion questions that are meant to confuse the player, thus simulating reaper indoctrination? (assuming the indoc theory is indeed correct)

The writers are sitting on pure gold here, and I got a feeling that they're going to blow us all away very soon now. If Bioware can pull this off... oh man.

Except - anyone remember the early years of South Park, finding out who Cartman's Dad is?  When that episode was set to air, they pranked the viewers and put on a Terrence and Phillip episode instead.  It wasn't funny then either.

Wow, just finished it... Extremely well done! Love the direction of the Catalyst at the end...

Very constructive ideas and throughts of exsisting issues many of us have with the current ending of the game.

Garrus miscalibrated a gun, causing a malfunction that killed Tali. Later, Garrus was eaten by a shark.
 
Wrex never said "Shepard" again, because why would he? Shepard is dead.

Thane's kid grew up to be a double assassin, which is twice as bad as a normal one.

A Salarian scientist tripped over an extention cord and spilled a test tube that released the genophage again.

EDI left Joker for some d***head with a nose ring.

The Normandy exploded for no reason, killing six orphans.

Liara just cried and cried constantly, and was never happy again for the rest of her life. Jahvik kept making fun of her the whole time too, always saying mean things like "Asari would never have figured out how to write and stuff on their own, because they're to stupid"

Blasto also died.

The Rachni got indoctrinated again somehow.

Kelly Chamber got religion and turned into a humorless prude.

James Vega forgot how to do pullups, and his lats never got a good pump for the rest of his life.
 
Ashley changed her hair back to the way it was in the first game.

Really really good, explains everything and all the reasons I dislike the endings, this guy deserves a big green thumbs up.
