Tonight I had around $61K+ credits and tried to purchase a Spectre pack. An error came back stating I should contact support if this persists (paraphrase). I tried a few more times and then relogged the game. When I when back to the store, the credit balance was $1k something, which meant the system credited my account for the Spectre purchase but I received no loot.
I was NOT queued for a match, as I've read this can be an issue.
I opened a chat with an EA support rep and they suggested I check the forum and post the issue here.
Is this a known bug and can support credit me the 60k credits or a spectre pack.
