Probably not, and I LOVE SWTOR. At this point, Bioware has not gained a ton of faith from me.

While I appreciate their effort, I am not ready to get emotionally invested in a new game when I am disappointed so greatly. I'm not angry, I'm not calling for a national boycott, I'm not going to tell others not to go for the game, I just cannot bring myself to care. I'll likely see where TOR leads, but that's it.

If it's free to play, I'll try it.
If it has a fee, I'm not even considering it.

This. I have no desire to pay a monthly fee to play a videogame, Mass Effect or otherwise. If it's free, sure, I'll give it a shot. Pay for it like WoW? No thanks.

Good god no, with the dead end they've written themselves into with the destruction of the mass relays in their ending how would an ME MMO even ****ing work?

This is a horrible idea in every sense.

No.

SWTOR proved that Bioware has no idea how to innovate in the MMO space, or make a good MMO, when they released the WoW clone that is SWTOR. The story was great, except that it ends abruptly and then you're dropped back into the never-ending treadmill of raids and pvp.

World of Warcraft knocked the taste of MMOs out of me. I did the free trial of SWTOR, its good, the voice acting is pretty awesome. But MMOs in general are all kinds of fail. You get 2 types of people in an MMO, you get the griefers living in their parent's basement cackling at annoying people, and the "roleplayers" which is just a kind word for Batsh*t Crazy!

It could be a prequel MMO, I suppose. Something that takes place prior the ME1, or perhaps shortly after, but before the events of ME3.

Nah I think the MMO genre is dying. MMOs are more like a facebook game then a real game now. I quit SWTOR because they don't have any raids. 16 man raids? That's just boring.

Mass Effect MMO will be even worse. At least with SWTOR they have a good universe to put them in, Mass Effect no longer has a universe, it's dead.

That's a good one.

Dying as in the quality.  WoW is a shell of what it use to be, completely horrible now.  SWTOR never had a chance to be good because it just cloned current day WoW, so they can get all the facebook gamers to play it.

MMOs are no longer made for gamers, they're made for casuals who play 15 minutes a day.  That's why they can't do any epic events anymore, because so many people would whine that they don't have enough time to take part in them, so the designers don't do anything.

I think people enjoyed ME because of the characters and the story, not becaues it's in SPAAAAAACE or something.
In a MMO you can't be special like Shepard nor have a big epic story. In the end they're all texts to prevent you from taking your loot & level :D

So NO please GOD NO no No MEO

YES YES YES.  i would def play a mass effect MMO, no doubt what so ever.  only thing is though they would have to make it a huge world, an extremely high level cap, and tons of items.

High level cap leaves  too large of gaps between those who are max level and those who are low level.

The beauty of ME is being able to play at level 1 and still being able to kick the hell out of silver/gold challenges because YOU are good, not some random numbers you have accumulated.

LEvel 1 palyer: "But I shot you in the face!"

Level 8000 player: "Lol I am level 8000 noob...."  *Spit*

*Spit kills the level 1*

I hated the ME3 ending as much as anyone and won't be buying any DLC till they fix it.

However I'd take a serious look at a Mass Effect MMO. I'm burned out on MMOs in general but the ME universe is so interesting that I could see myself being sucked back in if they designed the game well. That's a big IF though...

Doing a SWToR treatment wouldn't be enough for me. I'm not into quest grinds where your decisions dont make any real difference.

I am pretty sure it would be a huge mistake to make a Mass Effect MMO, and I would definitely not play it.

No, Ive had my share of mmo's. You can tack on story, combat or weddings for all I care. At its core its a continuous grind to keep up with everyone else. It also costs much more money over time than conventional video games.

A dedicated ME MMO? nope, not even interested.
2 reasons, they already have enough trouble doing their multiplayer, server drops are more common then enemies during a wave and next, anything that becomes MEMMO when shortened up sounds wrong and not something you want to brag about playing.

One of the ending reviewers mentioned about the devs concidering making mass an MMO.

I absolutly would not be interested in an MMO around Mass Effect.

Too many MMO's already out there for one and if they think this uprisings bad wait till they have an MMO mentality forums where every single thing is a major drama. PVP forums blowing up with exploit this and so and so is over powered and .... by the time your done tweeking the game to fix everything people are ****ing about you may as well toss your original concept out the window cause nothings going to be left of it.

Just my 2 cents.

Sure but only if im involed in making it. So i can stop Bioware from ruining it. Also make sure that it's Rated M and no kids get to pay it.

Not a chance - play a ME MMO just so that Bioware can take more of my money and then continue to tell me that my actions are irrelevant?

No. Bioware doesn't have a great record with MMOs anyway. I have ToR, it is just WoW clone with a story and voice acting. So it became a snoozefest fast.
