I bought it even after watching all the spoiler stuff on YouTube, I guess I was hoping my copy would have a proper ending? Haha.

Not a chance. Frankly, I borrowed ME1 and 2 from a friend. I loved them so much that I bought ME3 on the day it came out despite my reservations about Origin's EULA, my fear of new games and bugs, and the knowledge that I'd have to wait to get all the DLC that'd complete the story...
If I had known what was coming, I'd have borrowed ME3 as well, or at least waited a week and bought it used. The only reason I haven't traded the game in is because I want to give Bioware a chance to redeem itself with a new ending (I know they said there won't be a new ending, but I still pray that RME succeeds). . . I may uninstall it while waiting though, if only to get Origin off my machine.

My initial response is HELL NO, although I wonder if I may have needed to see it for myself, as I wouldn't have ever believed it could turn out so poorly. But if I known enough about it to know it would taint everything that came before it, I would not have been willing to sacrifice the great experiences I had with the first two for anything in the final installment.

Absolutely, regardless of the ending being good or bad, the rest of the game would surely be amazing. And it is. So I don't care if the ending wasn't great. The destination doesn't ruin the journey.
This. The ending was actually one of the only things I had spoiled for myself, and I was still looking forward to the game. I just wish I had pre-ordered in time to get the Collector's Edition!

Nope.
I have even pre order the first time in my life.
I will never pre order a game again.
Life is ****ty as it is I don't need some ..... writer to remind me in games about it.

No, Then I'd wait for fan uproar to change the endings, then buy. Therefore saving myself the soul punch that is the ending.

Yes. I love Mass Effect series!

Yeah.
However, if I could go back in time and tell myself not to get into the Mass Effect series at all, I would.

Yes because everyone knows that people who hate the endings are crybabies ...till they finish it them selves.

wouldn't have pre-ordered anyway, not CE either. Probably would've waited a while and let the price drop or to hear something from bioware about post-end dlc.

Yes.
After playing through the game on my 360, I've started over from the first game on the pc, so even knowing exactly how it ends I'm about the buy a second copy of the game, this time the pc-version.
Then again, I wasn't that upset about the ending, compared to the ending of FF13-2 that I played just before ME3, I considered ME3's ending a big improvement...

Would I have bought ME3 if I knew, and believed, how awful the ending is... probably. I would NOT have bought the collector's edititon or bought it new though. I would've waited for someone to trade it in to ensure my money went to a *sarcasm font* wholesome company *sarcasm font* like EB Games and not one red cent went to BiEwAre.

If I knew about this ending? then I would not have pre-ordered, nor would I have gotten de CE.
I might have gotten it someday in the future...you know when it would be in the 5 euro bin or something.

Mass Effect 3 was an amazing journey and despite the terrible non coherent ending, I d do not regret buying ME3.
In fact whenever I do a playthrough I simply turn off the game just after Anderson dies then make my own assumptions on what happens next. Its not perfect but anything at this point is better then the nonsensical Diarrhea that comes next.
I don't think I'll be purchasing anymore Bioware games on Launch though, from now on I'll be checking on reviews and Forum feedback before making my decision as I simply don't trust Bioware anymore to release finished products
