Hell no. Why waste $70+; better of renting or borrowing from friend. I told my friends so they didt get there copies, they'll get mine cause I'm stuck with mine.
This is the last time I ever preorder a game. I'm gonna wait till a real "review" comes out. Fan/ player review. Not industry shills and strawmen from EA-Bioware.
And I'm never gonna buy from EA-Bioware again unless they start Treating the fans better, and fire Casey hudsen. Or recieve a letter of apolgy.
Would You Have Bought ME3 if you knew?

I would've wanted to see it for myself, yes.

Yep I would have still bought it, because I wouldn't be able to believe it until I played for myself.
This.
I would have just chalked reactions up to over reaction and barreled foreward.
Suffice it to say, I'm going to
be spoiling the living *blank* out of any future Bioware games I may be interested in
before I consider buying. If the whole game is bad, then you chuck it and live-n-learn,
but if it's beautiful until the end where you get a kick in the crotch? Nah, wait & research
from now on for me : )

No, I would have just stuck with 1 & 2.

Personally? I would've held off until all the DLCs were finished and the original game cost only $30. And only if they closed all these plotholes.

I definitely would have played it, but I probably wouldn't have pre-ordered it. I would have waited until I could get it cheap on eBay.

I wouldn't have bought the collectors edition and I probably would have bought it when both the price came down and the ending was fixed.

I guess I would wait until they fix it... I very rarely pre-order games, and feel ripped off by this one.

I knew the ending was supposed to be bad but I bought it anyway. I figured that it couldn't possibly spoil all the fun. But it does. The end manages to recast the entire franchise both figuratively and literally as an Epic Fail.

no would have rented. Not interested in my character going out in that fashion or becoming legend BS where YAY!!! I am getting talked about but I am dead....so, I....can't....hear .....you. If he just went out through a brutal fight it would have been fine FYI, sacrifice endings are 99% of the time done crappy since they are so forced.

Yes. Like Rivqa, I wouldn't have believed that the endings could actually be as bad as everyone was saying. It's really something you have to experience for yourself.

I did. I had the PS3 CE version on pre-order but there was a delay (mostly my own fault). So I bought the standard edition on PC even after I'd read threads here in the forums (so that I could reply to some of them in fact). Then I bought From Ashes so I could get me a Prothean squadmate. Finally, I've picked myself up a PC copy of the CE because I wanted the N7 gear for single player.
Yes, I'll pay for more DLC if I have to and Yes, if they come out with an ME4 I'll pre-order that as well. I plan to start playing TOR sometime in the future and the ending will not put me off Bioware in the future. I didn't hate it, I didn't love it.

Would not have bought it right away. Probably would have waited until the price came down significantly.

Yes. It is a fantastic game, even if the last 10 minutes were a great disappointment.

If I had heard the ending was "Bad," I probably would have still bought it to see for myself. If a friend told me exactly what the ending was, and how it killed the franchise? Hm...not sure. I might still have bought a used copy. I definately wouldn't have purchased it new.

I would not have purchased CE version of it to be sure.

I don't regret a single cent for pre-order... Good topic for a poll would be...

I wouldve waited and got it used on ebay for cheap, and not preorder the CE.
Would you have bought the game if you knew the reapers win in the end? because theyre using this game as a launchpad for future ME games no matter what? Its like the were telling you the same story for 5 years and then got bored with it and decided to star telling another story 10 minutes away from the end of the first.
The reapers win in every ending, IMO. This is worse than a "bad" ending. If you lose to the reapers, you just become a reference plot line for another game.
