I was thinking when I imported my soldier from multiplayer we should be able to give him/her/it a face and either play them or add them to Shepards squad.

I mean if your going to promote something why should it vanish? Promoting is litterally useless and more of a bad thing than a good one. Or maybe when you transfer it over that soldier becomes your shepard since it has a starting level of 20 instead of 0.
