I cant access my medals/trophies from the desk in the captains room.

Ive done 2 full run thrus of ME3 and have started a 3rd, but that medals thingy doesnt open to allow me to view the medals/trophies.

Is this a glitch or does it just not work like in ME2?

As far as I know it's not a feature in ME3 which is a shame
