What if Tempest and Blizzard are cast by two different Mages? Do they both need Spell Might, or just the one who casts the second spell? Or either?

I'm pretty sure you can still get storm of the century w/o arcane might it just makes it stronger. Also it doesn't matter who casts it, the effect just has to be there. Same with every spell combo pretty much. The two spells just need to be used together.

No, SpellMight IS a part of the Storm of the Century combo.
Otherwise you just have 2 spells: Blizzard and Tempest overlapping, instead of the new effect.

Really now? Interesting Mana is never an issue so spell might is always on thank you for clarifying that. Thought it was just like the animate dead combination.
