I am pleased at the number of promotions achieved during Operation RAPTOR. The influx of veterans and leaders is already proving invaluable in our fight against the Reapers.

The N7 cadre has never been an easy calling, but your guts and determination have made you the most feared fighting force the Alliance has ever known. Congratulations on another successful N7 Operation!

We had a record number of soldiers promoted last weekend: over 350,000, shattering our previous community goal of 150,000.

Victory Packs and Commendation Packs will arrive no later than Wednesday April, 4th.  Make sure to redeem them and begin training your new recruits.  Operation Beachhead is scheduled to deploy next weekend, April 6th- 8th and will require expert trained soldiers to complete.  Stay tuned for more information on Operation Beachhead later this week.

Hopefully the PS3 players will be able to participate. I understand Sony's concerns, but this is BioWare, not a random modding community or clan attempting to change the game.

Anyways, I have 3 set to be promoted this weekend, with another one well on its way. Should be a fun weekend. Hopefully the rest of the community kept some promotions in reserve.

A clarification whether it stacks and grants 1 commendation pack per 2 promotions or is it just one-time thing would be nice. Got all the chars at lvl 20 and I'm willing to spend few hours getting them to lvl 20 again if there is be some nice N7 stuff in it ^^

First one was not for PS3 that was ok, second one was decent, this one is horrible. Why would I want to Promote? To get some random pack and buff some meaningless number. The whole promote system is a joke and needs to be changed.

No one is forcing you to, if you do not enjoy it then do not participate.  Its pretty simple.

Mmmm... I like that they are giving us a reason to promote. They should make this permanent. Get a spectre pack every time you promote a class or something like that.

Mr. Priestly, dear BioWare... just a suggestion - feel free to ignore it if you don't care about your "community". Maybe it would be a good idea to focus on fixing multiplayer bugs for now, instead of doing these grind focused community challenges. I am not saying that it is a bad thing that you are doing them. It is great that you are trying to keep ME3 multiplayer fresh and entertaining but for **** sake, get your priorities straight. There are countless threads all over the forums with hundreds or even thousands of posts in which your customers who payed real money lost all their MP unlockables. For example, I am still waiting for you to restore my gear... Won't bother to play MP and I am about to miss 3rd community challenge. 3 weeks passed and still no response from you? Are you kidding me? It is just insulting that you are well aware of the situation and don't give us ANY UPDATE AT ALL. DAMN IT, write something in the appropiate thread (or make a new one, whatever) and tell us what is going on! -,-

Sorry for writing this here but I am just beyond frustrated and my patience is running out. If this won't get fixed this week, I am done with ME3 and BioWare games in general. Never seen such a poor customer support/relations in my life.

This is interesting, though. I'll get two characters promoted for sure, but I'm not sure I'll be contributing more than that to the community goal... not that I don't have time to level new characters as it's really rather quick, but I kind of get attached to the characters and have personalities and backgrounds for them in the back of my head, so I hate to lose that...

Oh well. Yay, events!

First I'm doubting you can get multiple comm packs. Also you'll more than likely have to wait until Tuesday to get your actual packs.

I think they have already patched up that problem, there's no risk or losing your gear now so what's the point of boycotting the Mp for? ---- happens I lost all my gear and had to get it back from scratch that doesn't mean I'm going to stop playing due to a little hiccup.

Not really that simple. Even though I find the packs to be...lackluster, I still feel obligated to help the group reach the goal. And while I doubt my 6 promotions will change anything if everyone took the "Meh who cares about everyone else" attitude as well then the goal really wouldn't be reached.

So, I have to promote because I care. Unfortunately that just makes more work for me without added benefit.
