I suppose you'll be heading off then and disposing of your copy of ME3. I hear Amazon does trade-ins.

Nope, still enjoying the single player and still having fun with friends on the co op. Just won't be fooled again into buying a crippled game developed by Bioware.

He may as well. Multiplayer is stale already and there's no reason to play through single player more than once since all the endings are the same.

So no bioware owes us ps3 owners

2 commendation packs
2 victory packs
1bf3 pack
1 facebook event pack
And a special ps3 pack to make up for not giving us these events!

Like couldn't they simply give us ps3 owners 10% extra credits for the weekend? Even 2.5% or the 25% xp again? Anything?

Bioware owes you nothing.
They have already said that their reason for not including ps3 owners in these weekend events is because they have no way of tracking your progress on PSN.
Bonus XP is different because it applies  to everyone. With an event like this weekend, Bioware needs to know who has met the requirements for reward but cannot track player progress on PSN.
Sony, for whatever reason is not allowing Bioware on PSN to track player stats.
Sony is known for creating propritiary software/hardware and not wanting to share.
IF you want to blame anyone, direct your frustration at PSN and petition them to allow Bioware to track player stats.

EA didn't seem to have any trouble tracking my stats in Battlefield 3. Maybe they should have given Bioware a head's up on how to do that.

Last Bioware game to see my hard earned cash ...

You mean "last Sony console to see my hard earned cash"?

Nope, I mean Last Bioware game to see my hard earned cash ... just like it said before :)

But it's already been established that it's Sony that's keeping you from having fun on the Sony console using the Bioware game.

Well, it's your cash, but there seems to be no logic between the reason for your displeasure and your announced reaction. Basically, a dog bites you so you kick a cat.

Do you really think Bioware doesn't want to include PS3 players?

As i said several times before, Yes i do really think so due to lazy development or incompetent developers.

You do realise that at Bioware is the only developer claiming to state not being able to get those type of stats , other developers have been getting those stats without any problems, look at Uncharted 2 +3 by Naughtydog, Badcompany, BF3 by DICE, COD by Infinity Ward & Tryarch.

If you actually look at the "My Games" section on this site, you will see that stats are already being tracked, this is also the case for PS3 users.
All you are basing your statement on is a comment from Bioware without any background information on the actual issue or the response from Sony to this. If this was provided Bioware would allow it's PS3 user base to help in their "fight" against Sony. So why haven't they? Because they don't have a leg to stand on other then not being able to code a multiplayer for PS3 but more than capable in deceiving consumers into buying their faulty product for the same price if not more then a fully functional copy.

People thinking that they know what they are talking about....

Because you - player - have access to some stats doesn't mean that they - editors/devs - can collect them. There's a whole world between reading data and collecting data.

I , the player, am not talking about some stats in a game, I , the player, am talking about stats collected by developers and presented to said player through a web interface, leaderboard ... This has nothing to do with I, the player, looking at the stats on my console.

If you, the developer, can read data, then you can collect it. This is something that my 20yrs experience of Web and Database development has thaught me ...

Feel free to ensure that you, the almighty know it all, read a response and think about it before actually posting that response.

Established by whom? The only thing that has been established is that Bioware likes to say it's caused by "Technical issues" on PSN. That means diddly ... just because a developer is trying to safe grace by saying something does not mean it is true. I have yet to see an actual explanation from Bioware in relation to these "technical issues".

1. I certainly think so, otherwise my 6 classes gonna be for naught, and that's not nice

2. then you get a pack, and another pack if everybody managed to get a total of 150,000 promotion. The second one will be given only after the duration of the event though (Monday 5PM PST)

I mean though, after you succeed in promoting two characters, are you going to get a "congratulations" message or something, or are you just going to randomly find a pack available after the event?  I ask because I did the first event (completed a Reaper silver match) and I didn't get a message, but it didn't give me the pack either. I had to contact EA to get them to fix it for me.

I didn't get a messgae on finishing the Reaper silver either so I';d suspect no message.

bio bots are doing dmg control, theys aid sony fanboys cant accept is sony fault but sony says is bioware fault, bio bots says is sony fault bc bioware said is tech problem with sony, in the end both companies havent give a straight answer.

the thing is the game is from bioware, the evnt is from bioware so they should give the straight answer, they just need to say the truth not just tech problem which can mean anything you want,,,

but biobots cant imagine their loved company doing anything wrong, they are gods, the same goes to xbots and sony fanboys, when the truth is mistakes is made everyday in all this companies..

even more biobots says sony fanboys ( in this case everyone that has a ps3 is a ps3 fanboys according to them) are noobs bc bw already said all the truth " tech problems" but anyone with a  minimun of common sense knows tech problems alone doenst mean anything, tech problems from who, BW, sony, psn privacy issues, ea servers problem, aliens, reapers what???? other just come and say this is bc you got it for ps3 and i own a xbox so too bad for you, but bw didnt inform ps3 users of this problems before they decide to buy ps3 copys...

Have we heard anything yet about PS3 participation?

The message up top still says:

"This operation includes PC and Xbox 360; we are continuing to work with Sony to enable these types of Operations on the PlayStation 3 platform.  We appreciate your patience, and we expect an update later this week regarding Operation Raptor and the PlayStation 3."

Well, how much "later in the week" before they post an update one way or the other?  Monday morning?

I am saving all my credits for now. I have five classes ready to promote over the weekend and once I do I can buy packs with impunity! All those now-annoying class cards will finally serve a purpose to get the classes back up.
