If you click the little Bioware symbol under the thread title before you enter the thread, it displays all the official BW posts.

We are doing something about it, we're informing BW that we're upset.  Thats really the only thing we can do besides fly to BW hq and knock on their door.

Shutting up is the exact opposite of doing something actually.

Wait until tomorow and then promote.You lose nothing, but you avoid the risk.

edit: damn that PST-PDT stuff
ok, even if it started, it wouldn't hurt to wait.
At least restart the game until you see the info when entering MP

I think they usually start the events early.

If it were to start at 5pm PST, it shouldn't start for another hour and a half.

Sorry for writing this here but I am just beyond frustrated and my patience is running out. If this won't get fixed this week, I am done with ME3 and BioWare games in general. Never seen such a poor customer support/relations in my life.

Eh, its not like the people working on bugs, patches and stuff take a lot of time off just to do this.
It is pretty much unrelated.

I am also really looking forward to the first big patch, there are a lot of bugs that need to be taken care of.

Did you see an Operation Raptor screen?

Just tried logging on to MP (UK) and there wasn't one like there had been for the previous two weekends.
Technically it's not supposed to start for another 35ish minutes anyway I beleive.

QFE! I'm PST and still have a half hour, just checked a minute ago and the Operation Raptor logo didn't show up. Not promoting till I see that.

nope i just fired up my game its  going as of now it just showed the blue  screen for operation raptor and i am on the eastcoast

The only way to confirm if it is working is to ask people how much N7+ they got for promoting.
If it is N7 +10, it isn't working yet... If it is more, it might be working already.

Edit: just re-read the OP...seems they edited this feature out <_<
