"Commendation Packs will be awarded to individual soldiers who complete their training, and a Victory Pack will be awarded to everyone if the Allied Goal is achieved. Packs will be available to download the following week."

So this is still not open to Playstation 3 players? This is getting ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not happy, and Bioware may be saying goodbye to a very loyal customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I'm saying is that should be a way to you know that you get the pack, Operation Goliath was the same. In the end I had to solve the issue through Live chat with EA, because after hours waiting for it I don't get the pack

Promoted two of my most favorite classes to use (Vanguards and Adepts). Now waiting for my rewards to arrive next week. I do hope they don't run out of codes this time.

There should be somebody at Bioware in talks with Sony, right? There is really no reason for me to play multiplayer, since there is no benefit to doing so. Yeah, it was fun for the first weekend, but now holds no appeal to me. I have a
360 but I wanted to import my character from Mass Effect 2, which I got on ps3. That is just a way for Bioware to pass the buck to Sony. I am sure if I call Sony consumer support, they will say it is an issue with Bioware. Again, if it is a problem with Sony, someone from Bioware should be on the phone daily until the problem is resolved. Should I even play and try and promote some of my characters, and after it gets resolved I will get the packs, or should Mass Effect 3 collect some more dust on the shelf.

So i promoted my adept and went from level 1 to 7 in a silver match. The next game i play after that, I don't have any of the skills i just leveled, and after I finish the second game, I rank from level 1 to 8 again. Anyone else have their levels disappear after promoting?

I promoted my soldier and sentinel classes, and the game somehow wiped the skills off my Salarian Infiltrator and Human Engineer (2 most used classes). I was still level 20, but it reset everything -- colors/class name/weapons. Very strange bug. But what else is new...

Promoted 3 (Soldier, Vanguard and Engineer). Man I hate promoting ... spend the next few hours getting kicked out of games. I especially love it when 3 guys, not one with an N7 over 22, kick me 'cause I'm Level 1. Ah well .. couple games and it won't matter.

I promoted engineer & vanguard. Those are the only 2 I won't mind leveling up again. But the game is getting seriously boring now. I wish it was set up more like Red Dead Redemption, there's tons of stuff to do in RDR. Mass Effect is just the same crap over & over & over again.

Geez, seems that nobody reads or has any common sense...

First off, you won't get your packs until Tuesday sometime, just like 2 weeks ago. Second, the Commendation Packs obviously do not stack. You will get ONE pack regardless of how many characters you promote. 2 is just the minimum.

You are more than welcome to promote more to help out the community though, but personally, I think 150,000 is pretty simple for us all to get.

you're missing that people want to blame BioWare for everything, even when it makes no sense that BW would purposefully exclude PS3 players from events like this. If that were the case then PS3 players wouldn't have been included in last week's event.

Keep in mind that Sony has never been an easy company for outside developers to work with.

but then it's funny when you carry a team using a levely one turian sentinal, and finish wave 6 (including the objectives) as the last man standing.

Keep in mind that Sony has never been an easy company for outside developers to work with.

Firstly, didn't sony open up some cross platform gaming with portal 2 or something? Seems like that would be a much bigger deal then some silly little stat tracking.

Its not that we want to blame BW, its that they're not giving us much to go on besides the typical PR "technical limitations".  If they came out with something a little more detailed saying something like "to add packs to specific users accounts we need access to x, and sony won't allow that", then we could go to sony and start asking for BW to get permission for x. 

As of the current promotion though, we know they can track how many times we promote chars, and we know they can add packs to our stores... so i'm having some trouble believing the technical limitations line.

Again, it's Sony's fault. Not Bioware so blame Sony and stop buying their console.
