Guys, i got a dought :
1 ) if i promote a class with 2 lvl 20 in there, for example, if i promote the Vanguard, with the Human and Asari in lvl 20, do i get 20 N7 rating or just 10 N7 Rating?
2 ) does it count as 2 promotions for this event?

The Reaper horde is growing, so we must as well. Effective military strength needs to increase, and veterans must train conscripts so that they, in turn, can train others.

Allied Goal: Promote 150,000 characters. Victory Packs awarded to all players upon successful completion.
Individual Goal: Promote 2 characters. Commendation Pack awarded to individual players upon successful completion.


Welcome to the next N7 Multiplayer Weekend!

Last weekend our community operatives united to train a record number of new recruits. The time has come to turn these new recruits into battle-hardened veterans.

Join the war against the Reapers online between 5PM PST Friday, March 30th to 5AM PST Monday, April 2nd and promote at least 2 characters to your single player campaign.

This operation includes PC and Xbox 360; we are continuing to work with Sony to enable these types of Operations on the PlayStation 3 platform. We appreciate your patience, and we expect an update later this week regarding Operation Raptor and the PlayStation 3.

Commendation Packs will be awarded to individual soldiers who complete their training, and a Victory Pack will be awarded to everyone if the Allied Goal is achieved. Packs will be available to download the following week. Please note that participants need to set “Upload Gameplay Feedback” to “on” in the online options to be able to participate in Operation RAPTOR.

*Some restrictions may still apply, Operation Raptor is not open in all regions. Due to restrictions on the PlayStation 3 platform, we are unable to offer Operation Raptor to our PlayStation 3 users. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will continue to work with Sony to extend our weekend Operations to the community. Thank you.

My comprehension was fine. This belated pack nonsense was only mentioned in BSN. Not in game either..

For your convenience, I bolded the part in the blog post you quoted to demonstrate why people feel that your comprehension of the post is limited.

Just 10. I promoted Soldier last night and I had two characters.

Promoted all six my classes today, so I think I've done my part for the 150K. Still say it's a boring weekend though. Compared to the "murder Brutes!" weekend, it's been a boring two weeks.

 if you promote 2 level 20's you will  go up in points in n7 rank by 10+ each job that doesnt count that if you have 4 of the same  characters in the same class i.e like human vanguard and asari vanguard you will only get one promote option for that class so you promote  will still be 10+ for those 2 vanguards you would need a different classes to get up the points at 10+ each like i did i promoted my infilt, engineer, adept, soldier and sentential that's +10 FOR EACH class

like my n7 level is now thanks to those 5 promotes is 300 even you can check to see what i mean xbox live id:RavnMyste, add me if you want to i dont mind playing with everyone

You promote classes, not individual characters.

All characters of one class count as one promotion.
All experience with one class is gained for ALL characters in that class.

Good challenge! Before this weekend I didn't even know what promote meant!

I promoted 2 classes and they both became glitched. Now what?

Actually it seemed to glitch a third character that I didn't promote. My sentinel got reset but is still at level 20. That means I now have my 1 point in Tech Armor back and have no respec cards.

So yeah, thank you very much for this wonderful challenge.

PS: I wanted to promote more classes, but it won't happen until I hear word about fixing the glitch. However, I suspect this will only happen AFTER the weekend.

We need moar promotions, people! If you promoted all six classes, don't stop, grind and promote six more. You have to think about us, who made only 2 required promotions but still want victory pack.

A lot of glitches with the promoting? Out of 3 classes I promoted, 2 glitched and the new characters I made last night are now gone and the old promoted characters are back with negative points.

Come to think of it, with the amount of people who are withholding their class promotions before, I'm not surprised if the count goes up to 300K.

It makes sense really. If you're sticking with one class then you might not promote unless you feel you have spec'd the abilities wrong or try out new combos. While for people who plays with every class a Lv20 across the board is pretty much a self achievement.

Got two to 20 on Friday, then waited until the next day and promoted them after the "event" message came up.
