anybody know if the online feedback feature needs to be on for this? I happened to promote characters this weekend with it turned off & I've only just heard about this operation weekend.

Yes you must have it on, I believe it's mentioned in the OP.

Is there a way to see your progress so far towards your personal portion of the event objective? I promoted one on Saturday, then beat the SP game I was playing and started another, then promoted again Sunday (today). However, I also just found out I was supposed to link my MP profile to this site. My bad - I thought I was all set after setting up profiles on 3 websites. Does this mean I get credit for none of my promotions, or will the link-up to this site pick up on past activity?

Sorry if this was already answered in one of the previous dozens of pages, I'm met my daily quota for tedium with this experience.

Hey I had a question about promoting but wasnt sure where to ask and didnt want to start a new thread, so I figure this is as good a place as any.

Ok so my question is when I promote I recieve war assets can anyone confirm or deny weither the asset points go to one specfic SP save file? Or does it somehow register and apply for all SP playthroughs?

I really wish a progress meter could be added, so 1. we could see whether we're getting Victory packs next week or not, and 2. we can see whether our promotions were actually registered and whether we'd be getting our Commendation packs next week or not.
