Unlike last week, this time you don't even have to play the game. Get 2 characters to level 20, turn feedback on and promote. You can't lag that much that you can't promote your characters. Once promoted, you are free to turn feedback off until next challenge.
You could have done last challenge with lag with no problem. You can always find someone to carry you through silver.

I promoted 2 mostly cause i was dealing with my last final this week. one at the very start here on the east coast and then again later that day. hope i make the cut....

I'm sure this question has already been answered somewhere, but when do we get the packs?  I promoted 3 characters over the weekend with no reward...I really hope I don't need to play single player campaign...

For the op with reward packs a couple of weeks ago, it was "Tuesday evening-ish"

Pretty sure you'll get them tomorrow (Tuesday) night and they'll appear in your MP Store, no need to play SP to look for them.

Especially considering Quarians who are completely covered by a suit has skin-tone options...

It's weird that there is no announcement on the operation yet. Maybe that's just me, but generally speaking, BioWare staff doesn't seem to post much on forums recently, I wonder why...

Hopefully they are fixing characters that were bugged during this operation (on PC it happends that character get's gliched after promoting and You end up with MINUS 67 skill points)

Anyone who's still hopefull they'll get a response from Bioware to anything posted is fooling themselves, imo.  Weeks have gone by already with absolutely no word on what they're working on to help those affected by the character relock glitch.  The only news is coming from affected customers who've tried contacting the support lines.  So if you're thinking that they'll swoop in and start a discussion on the promotion glitch, well...  keep dreaming.  Not that I wouldn't appreciate it mind you, I got hit with the promotion bug as well yesterday.  Fun stuff.

Agreed... Totally useless smg... Like all others smgs... An avenger X is better than any smgs out there...and its pretty easy to get...

I would really like any of the other weapons because I know I would at least use them for one class.  I don't use SMG's anymore because they just aren't worth it...

I may try the Hornet when I get it, but even using CQC with the Hurricane, it just sucks for me.  Does not fit any of my playstyles for any of my characters.  I would prefer getting the Valiant like everyone, but would even love the pistol or shotty.

I feel like SMGs would be more worth while with a 'rapid fire' upgrade rather than extra damage. It'd certainly up their worth in multiplayer.

I'd still like to know what regions aren't involved. I promoted 5 during the period anyway, just in case, but it'd be nice to know if I were getting shafted.

Best glitch in the whole game, having level 20 skill build at level 1 makes releveling so damm easy.

An image showing the end of a certain event would be nice as well - including a message when we're going to get the packs.

Hope we had 150k promotions. I did 3 of 'em.

it changes their face visor/screen a different color which is so small of a change its unnoticeable and pointless for an unlock.

yes i have my graphics maxed out, but maybe thats why i cant tell. maybe we have to turn the graphics all the way down to see the effects.

Only was able to promote 2. I wouldnt be surprised if we didnt do it. Since people know theres nothing special in the Victory Pack
