I just contacted customer service (which is what I did last time when I also did NOT get the pack I earned...starting to get pissed off at this) and was told I would automatically receive the pack within 1-2 days. Honestly, I liked it better when if the system screwed up and left me out, I could contact someone and get it immediately. Anyone else who didn't get the pack: don't bother with customer service this time. Wait 3 days. I expect I'll be contacting them again in the time period after still not getting my pack.

 Have you read any of the past few pages? A mod even said the packs haven't been handed out yet. You aren't excluded......

I promoted 2 characters (soldier and vanguard) and all I received was a Victory Pack.  Boooooo. Fix this, please.

 Cmon, Bioware!!! I did everything necessary on the last operation AND on this one, and my game track is on. However, I recieved NONE of the rewards. I'm willing to wait for the current ones, even though I recieved the victory pack already, but the last ones I really didn't recieve. I don't want it to happen again

I never bother with Customer NO Service unless it is involves money.

The "humans" that work Customer NO Service are mindless twits and the lowest form of scum.

I'd rather dig a hole to China than deal with them or cut off my nose, go on a shooting rampage that ends with me getting several hundred bullets to my torso, limbs, head, etc.

It's a jumbo equipment pack, that's perfectly in line with Operation Goliath's free premium veteran pack and more than an ample reward for something you can get just for logging in. I had no problem with it personally, but then again I'm all about stockpiling consumables when given half an opportunity.

Now excuse me while I go fawn over my pile of incendiary and disruptor ammos that I gobble up like candy but never, ever actually use because I might want to use them later.

Guys, relax. If you're curious as to if you're going to receive the pack or not, just check under Profile > Your Registered Game Content.

Edit: Woops, I was wrong, only showed Operation Goliath.

Since you only need to have the game it makes perfect sense that the victory pack is the inferior one.

If it actually is showing there for everyone that got it then It didn't register my promotions, the last thing listed is for goliath.

I'll just assume even that hasn't happened for everyone yet.

Can't wait for my Commendation Pack - I had three promotions this weekend - technically only two, since I promoted my Infiltrator too early.

Hope it drops me a Widow. Seriously, I'm @ N7 120 or something and still miss the Widow. Had it in the demo within the first 5 packs or something ... (the Mantis is good too if you're skilled, but lacks the penetrating power).

I only saw that one too, shouldn't there be one pack for promoting and one for the community goal, or is that why there's the premium spectre pack availible now or something? If so they should probably mention which is for what in the description...

Inferior shouldn't mean useless. Besides since the goal was much different than last and included some setback to player, unlike previous one, the reward should be much more substantial, don't you think?
If the goal for community is set and the goal is not trivial then the reward shouldn't be trivial as well. If you, on the other hand think it was trivial after all then what's the point of the community goal? Should we establish that the goal wasn't trivial we should also discuss the quality of the reward.

Just got my victory pack and no commendation pack... i got the pack from goliath, but this didn't work... honestly BioWare... this is the worst game for customer satisfaction.

I got my Victory pack and no Commendation Pack and I promoted my Level 20 Soldier and Infiltrator. 


Yes upload feedback is on as well.   Hopefully it appears later.... fingers crossed!
