wait... did the exploit have something to do with the amount you promoted  o_O that is disturbing, i think i promoted 3 or 4 :S hope it doesnt count as one of the "cheaters" if thats the case, since it would be ludicrous.

I did it because i wasnt sure how the raptor would accept the promotions  out right promoting a character that was already 20 before it, or getting a character to 20 during the event then promoting it. I remember having only one char at lv20 by the event and atleast 2 i leveled during the event to 20 then promoted.

Yeah... still haven't picked up a commendation pack, though I definitely promoted two characters. I didn't even know there was an exploit, I even got all of my xp solo.

Guys... There is a sticky on the main page that tells you clearly about the status of the CM packs. They are set to come out next week once they test the fix they have created for the glitch from this past week.

I can't even get verification that I will get my packs despite promoting 2 characters. Not even a "Yes we see you promoted 2 characters over the weekend"

Promotions that fail on this scale are far worse than no promotion at all. I never wanted a Multiplayer game, and the SP ending defies logic, reason, and plot.

I see the commendation pack among my registered game content, but when I log into the ME3 multiplayer store, I have Recruit, Veteran, Spectre and the 99'000 credit special pack but no option to redeem my Commendation pack for Operation Raptor. Am I missing something, because I followed the instructions given on the More Info link from my Registered Game Content page.

I did also promote two characters myself, but I do not see the victory pack listed among my game content.  I assume this means that BioWare is still working on a fix for the exploit and is holding the pack back still?  It seems that others have indeed received their packs, though.

Hopefully I get access before the time limit expires on my pack.  The commendation pack lists April 10.

Is there any other information or recourse for me to get access to the packs?

I have submitted a ticket to Support over this(I came close to taking my own life, several notes into it...), and have asked the question: the cut-off is in 30 mins for me, so I wanted to know if I will still get them after the fact. The reply was typically less than clear on this...so I can only guess that they will make it available to everyone that has the packs listed in their game content. Fingers crossed.

Sure, most people playing gold do it in groups of friends. But If the mission was that high bar for gold, did you even think how many random pugs not even capable of Silver would be flooding the Gold games?

This is true, however, if you don't have a solid group to play with by now, then you really need to question on why you play with so many randoms. They should make the challenge challenging, not promote 2 people.

operation raptor, FAIL. I still have no packs and no information regarding the "exploit fix" the User Entitlement page here on social bioware tells me i do have them and to get them:

Instructions for Multiplayer Promo Item Requisition

Log in with the same account you used to redeem your code in Origin or with the account you used to access the BioWare Social Network website.
Allow the DLC to download and install.
Run Mass Effect 3.
Go to the multiplayer store.
Select the new reinforcement pack.
When asked, choose “Redeem” to receive your promo items.

just one question, allow what DLC to download and install? theres nothing under the DLC list and no updates when i load the game. Nice instructions bioware.

I am also told that the pack will expire in about 9 hours time, and EA for one take 24 hours to respond.

It's most likely the Resurgence DLC that just got launched. There's no other DLCs out other than From Ashes, and we know it's not that.

I was told we will have 7 days from the time we are emailed. Haven't got my email yet, though something d/loaded in origin (a patch) today. Still nothing in store to claim either.

So I downloaded the Resurgence DLC, went to the store and neither the victory pack nor the Commendation Pack were there.
What am I missing - except for the packs?
