I promoted 5 characters and got only Vicory Pack.

Well I got my Victory Pack, and in it was:

5x Medi-Gel
7x Cobra Missile Launchers
5x Ops Survival Packs
5x Thermal Packs
And a lvl1 Warp Rounds bonus.

On the plus side, you can now get a Premium Spectre pack for 99k.

I received only one pack, the one for reaching the goal, but the one for promoting 2 characters... no.

a naive thought, but plausible judging by how many of us completed the individual goal and dont have our pack

I wasnt able to participate in this one(On a vacation in Hawaii x| ) but if we miss an Operation will we miss out on getting all available N7 weapons?

Idk how many "Operations" Bioware is planning to do but I really hope it isnt necessary to go to every single one to obtain exclusive items. Especially when the Ops are one weekend after another. =P

WTF!!! Guess what i got in Victory pack? Only commons, few consumables plus warp ammo and pistol rail amp! I did not get Commendation pack.

Purchase failed to process.

Then I exit and reenter the game and attempt to buy one of the new premium spectre packs..

Purchase failed to process.

Bioware, please fix this already.  <_<

Because it's too hard, requires too much effort, and self motivation to want to be informed before quick replying in the little box whining like a child who didn't get a toy.

Commendation packs were dolled out last the last time, thus precedent is set that they will be this time, and every other time in the future.

Call it an effect of the "I want it now!" generation, see "Americana" by The Offspring.

Guys, settle down. The victory pack is obviously not gonna be that great, and the commendation pack hasn't been "shipped"  yet, don't worry.
