I would say a good back-up weapon if you have something that's a slow, but heavy-hitting weapon with your loadout like a Sniper Rifle, and a good option as a primary weapon for a class that like you said, is good with utilizing powers all the time like the Adept.  Next N7 Challenge that comes around I'm hoping to get the N7 Eagle for my Engineers. 

Also, for anyone who has the N7 Hurricane, I find the N7 Hurricane to be useful once you get the hang of its high recoil, but use it with a Turian Soldier with Marksman evolved with maximum rate-of-fire and you could make it dance towards big targets like the Brute.  Not saying that the N7 Hurricane should be your only weapon, but as a back-up weapon.  If I would have a SMG in my loadout, I would probably go for the Locust, but I'm still trying to unlock my own one first.

I got Hurricane and I probably won't use it at all. Only SMG I use is Locust - at least I can hit the target.

I didn't get a commendation pack or a victory pack. Blast. Guess that means I can't contribute.
Perhaps in those brute hunt type challenges. Blast.

Yeah, still haven't got mine. Are those getting the packs from the US? Perhaps we'll get them later in the uk. I promoted an engineer and vanguard during Saturday after the onscreen notification told me the event was in my time zone, if the uk have their packs then can someone point me in the direction of someone to dispute this? Thanks in advance

Got a victory pack for the community success but no commendation pack although i promoted 3 characters...

Edit: Restart of the game or origin or dropping to dashboard didn't help in my case. Game Feedback was turned on.

I get FREE victory pack yesterday. Stil have to check for commendation pack- I have promoted 4 characters (but not from zero to hero- thanks to character cards).

I got my victory pack last night (10 PM ish) but no commendation pack. Will have to wait until this evening to restart and see if it's turned up.

Yeah once again victory pack and no commendation. Last time I had to wait until the following Thursday before i got mine, and only then after speaking to customer service 3 separate times. If bioware is going to have these sorts of events they really need to get on top of the rewards.

I got mine this morning, and I live in the UK.

I don't think it's based on where you live, I just think it takes time to distribute them all.

I got the crusader 2 and I'm quite happy about it. Sure I might've preferred a valiant but I really like the idea of a high accuracy shotgun. I use it on my krogan soldier so I have a high damage weapon I can use at distances when I'm not in melee range. Don't know why people are hating on it 

By the way.  Does anyone else have the same issue as me where the n7 weapon randomly unequips? I have to keep equipping it and it's quite frustrating.

What did you had in victory pack? because I'm a bit disappointed, only some ammo, medi gel and stuff like that, no weapon or character.

I'm also still waiting the second pack and I hope it will be better.

If it helps I spoke to a bioware support member on their online chat system. Apparently I had a commendation pack linked to my account yet when I went into the store it wasn't there. It was bugged and kept telling me that I had something new in the store. The guy resent me a new pack that I wil get in a couple of hours. Instead of spamming the forums just heed my advice and chat to the guys online, very helpful.

Or You can just show little bit of patience.... I took more than 24 hours since I got Victory Pack, before Commendation Pack appeared as well.
