How can i talk with Bioware chat support ?

i got my packs today, im very happy with them, got an n7 smg weapon the hurricane, will be trying that out, and yay plenty of medi gel in my packs, just what i needed *thank you bioware*

i promoted two characters and only got the victory pack

Gonna wait till tomorrow for the commendation pack,
IF it does not appear by then im gonna use chat support to try to sort things out and get the pack, as i did with operation goliath. but i'll leave that as a LAST resort...
After all they didnt say ye have until X day to claim the commendation pack unlike op. goliath.

For those who dont know... scroll to the bottom of the page... under Help there's the BioWare Game Support.. click on it... you are gonna get into EA Help Center, be sure to be logged in, then click on "Talk to a game advisor" fill the required fields...
IE. 1.- ME3 collectors edition.. (ehem) 2.- Technical support, 3.- PC, and click on LIVE CHAT option (the one in the middle) then talk with some cool guy who might be able to help ye... explain the event, how ye meet the requisites of it, and that you did not get the com pack but did get the victory pack... also... be polite... these are people too you know...

I recieved my victory pack on Monday Evening. It's been well over 24 hours for the commendation pack.  It's not impatience it's called using my  initiative. That's what support are there for, to answer questions.

You got a point there.. but you cannot deny that getting a commendation pack is not what you would call a "tech support priority"... using this mean as a "im tired of waiting i want my stuff now tool" could be detrimental for those wanting to use the service for some more urgent stuff... like game not running, troubleshoot, crashes, etc.

Just because you caught a cold and feel like crap does not make it right for you to head up to the public health system and saturate it with low priority "emergencies"
Good for you this worked.. and sure it WILL work the guys know what they are doing, but just think about what i said.

i promoted 6 over the weekend and havent recieved my commendation either. even made sure i have online feedback set to "on" during the event

i promoted 5 classes and i only got the victory pack. the victory pack sucked i got no weapons or rare items just ammo and equipment. i hate the pack system it sucks its like i am wasting my time earning credits to open packs and get nothing. Realy who needs 5 reset powers or 10000 xp for a class that is already a level 20. i love this game but the pack system is some bull ****

just got my comadation pack and it sucked i got a smg. this is so fustrating. does anybody feel the same way. we need to make them change the weapon system on muilityplayer and not the ending of the game. this is a bigger problem then changing the ending.

I totally agree with You, but Bioware said it will be done by the end of 4th, so I would start knocking all doors starting tomorrow.

i promoted 3 characters, (adept, Soldier and Vanguard) and I can't find any victory pack or any other pack? How am I suppose to get this? By email? Sorry for my ignorance...

I opened my Victory Pack last night and it only had equipment in it, no weapons or characters. I did like the premium spectre pack, I got some nice stuff in there.

Same with me. I promoted 2 classes, but I haven't received the Commendation Pack yet. My brother got his pack a few hours ago, but later than the victory pack. Maybe if we wait a little longer...
