Ok still did not get my commendation pack. I promoted 2 people during the weekend. A Sentinel and an Infiltrator. This sucks.

An EA advisor guy told me to see if I get the pack in the next 48 hours. Made me wonder if he knew what he was talking about. I promoted 6 characters in the weekend and I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to promote 2 characters once the operation started. Not liking this one bit.

I opened my Victory Pack last night and it only had equipment in it, no weapons or characters. I did like the premium spectre pack, I got some nice stuff in there.

I got a Graal Spike Thrower and couple of gun upgrades.

Can you direct those of us not getting commendation packs to where you spoke to this EA advisor?

I got both of my packs.

commendation pack had an N7 eagle, warp ammo, and medigel

I can't get Victory or commendation pack so far it keep's telling me their has been an error and seek customer support.

Then it goes back and I see the pack's again.

If it helps I spoke to a bioware support member on their online chat system. Apparently I had a commendation pack linked to my account yet when I went into the store it wasn't there. It was bugged and kept telling me that I had something new in the store. The guy resent me a new pack that I wil get in a couple of hours. Instead of spamming the forums just heed my advice and chat to the guys online, very helpful.

I didn't know Bioware had online chat support. Do you mean EA?

If it's different from the EA online chat support, link please?

IT just said to use it's support it didn't say bioware or EA games.

Now that I reopened it I don't have the stuff I worked so hard to earn in the stores any more.

I just spoke to a EA support person. Told me to wait 48 hours to get my commendation pack. If it doesn't arrive by then, I am supposed to check with EA support.

My Operation Goliath Commendation Pack = N7 Hurricane
My Operation Raptor Commendation Pack = N7 Hurricane...

I got a better chance at killing pigeons, than hitting a Brute right in front of me with this weapon. All I wanted was the Valiant, Eagle or Crusader...

Hope I'm more lucky next time.

Ahhh, yeah. I only received the community victory pack...but I promoted AT LEAST two characters. What's up with that?

Still haven't gotten my commendation pack yet. If you check the new sticky thread in the multiplayer forum, they had to stop giving out the packs momentarily while they deal with exploiters getting multiple packs. So there you have it, a few ignorant exploiters screw us all over.

I understand the whole frustration with this taking a while, (you know...since I couldn't even participate...) but it seems like they weren't even considering the amount of turnout this event had and they're catching up. I think it's going to take a few of these events to get things figured out... this IS ME's first foray into MP...

I've given up on even thinking about joining in on these events simply because I'm a PS3 user...

Do what I'm doing, i still play the Mp part, but damned if i'm paying any real money for the packs, so i'm diverting a small amount of their resources from a guy who'se not giving them jack in return. I've not given them any cash since i brought the CE version of the game - the ending made me lose faith in actually buying a few spectre packs before really getting into the MP side - it felt like i'd be rewarding being screwed over with all very similar endings for a game that's all about choice!

Wow, players are actually being distracted by this multiplayer event rubbish?.
Do you honestly expect us to get excited over all this when Bioware have said repeatedly that they are not going to fix the SP ending story to make sense, in effect ignoring everyones pleas.
