this kind of EAware fubar is why I quit playing the multiplayer. The last time it was "one or more of your purchases has failed...." way to go EAware. time ran out before they got it fixed and I lost the ability to purchase the special pack.
I no longer play through to the SP ending anyway so Galactic Readiness no longer matters to me.

that's happened to me three times. I lost 240 Bioware points and 93,000 credits.

I promoted 2 characters, got the victory pack but no commendation pack...

Hi all,

We granted the Victory and Commendations Packs from Operation Raptor last night but this morning it was identified that many people were using an exploit to get multiple packs. In order to stop the problem we had to suspend the granting of packs immediately. We are currently working on a fix for this issue. We will restart the granting of packs once this issue has been fixed.

So, how long will this take? Or rather, what would be an approximation of the time it will take? A few days? A few hours? (I'm personallly thinking days because of the possible coding that goes into it)

ofcourse we'll get them eventually. but personally i couldn't care less about watch exploits people abuse. i just want mine. wat they abuse doesn't have any effect on the way i chose to play. all this does is punish the people who play the game right. if they exploit, ban them. that way they cant find any glitches, and it has no effect on the good portion of the community.

I'm not sure when they will come out? but my I'm guessing that it will take the most two days. But most likely they will resend them tomorrow.

Atleast EA is trying to fix the issue as fast as they can. Some company just put the issue aside and don't care. Just be glad that you will get an commendation & victory pack.

They are going try to put these challenges to PS3, but i think they are having technical issues problem. So, you will get these challenges eventually.

the issue im describing is wat they did in the first place, which was stopping the packs from getting to the people who earned them. they could fix that in a heart beat. the people who they are trying to stop obviously already got wat they wanted.

I understand eventually but we deserve something PC and 360 owners have had 3 events(I Think) dont you think they should give us something because technical issues aside we all paid the same amount and we havent been able to do one of these

Personally, I think they should. PS3 should get something extra for not being able to do these challenges. They should get like Double Credits Weekend or Double XP Weekends.

Perhaps fixing the exploits, THEN banning cheaters.
I am seeing more and more people using exploits to get infinite credits in mp.

Yeah but then they might ban indescrimintly and also to someone who doesn't deserve it, its not their fault that the game glitched and they might think they got that many commondation packs. I mean i had no idea about this glitch and i could have easily got the pack a few times until i realized something was amiss, should i get banned for that?
