I'm adding myself onto that list as one of those people that never got a commendation pack even though I promoted my 2 characters during that weekened and played matches during the weekened as well.

I promoted 3 and no commendation pack AGAIN. For the 1st N7 Challenge introduced, I completed a couple of games against Reapers on Silver and got extracted. Didn't get my pack even though my Upload Feedback option was "On" by default and always have been.

Did get Victory pack for both occasions though.

ofcourse we'll get them eventually. but personally i couldn't care less about watch exploits people abuse. i just want mine. wat they abuse doesn't have any effect on the way i chose to play. all this does is punish the people who play the game right. if they exploit, ban them. that way they cant find any glitches, and it has no effect on the good portion of the community.

the problem is they have no way of knowing who specifically is exploiting, only getting reports on the fact that it's happening. They can't ban the people who reported it, that would just be mean to the people doing the right thing. They'd get sued for sure.

you mean the exact thing they're doing with the store purchasing failure glitch? Right... cause it's not like their holding bioware points, the equivilent of real money, for me or anything...

only two events. the other one was +25% experience for the weekend, and I'm pretty sure everyone got that.

You guys must be forgetting that they released supposedly exclusive content that was supposed to only be obtainable through Dr. Pepper promos, pre-ordering, collectors editions, and buying other DLCs, all in one big pack for mass effect 2 players. It was released exclusively for ps3, and besides spending hours on customer support getting each DLC individually (which is what I did), there was no way for other players to get it. 

it's not only a one-way thing. It's a two-sided coin. 

I do however think that they should release some of the other DLCs like the Indra for ps3. Even though I've never used it myself, it's not really fair to release any dlcs at all to only one console.

but then u'll have people complaining that ps3 users are getting an unfair advantage, for not being able to participate. personaly idc, but  u know people would do it.

I'll just say this, You complain about not being able to participate, but then ask for something EXTRA?!? no.
I know how people would react, bcuz i would do the same.

Lets put it into another situation...lets say a guy goes to join the military, but is denied due to medical reasons, should he then get the military bonuses or something extra bcuz he can't be a part of the military? no, he shouldn't.

Think about it for a few minutes...it makes sense. Just file reports with sony, or sign a petition with them asking to allow you the ability to participate if you really wanna do something.

the issue im describing is wat they did in the first place, which was stopping the packs from getting to the people who earned them. they could fix that in a heart beat. the people who they are trying to stop obviously already got wat they wanted.

But really, by stopping people from getting them, stops the cheaters from getting MORE, they'd rather do the right thing and stop the cheating first. I haven't gotten my comm pact yet, and i have no problem with that, as long as the cheaters are punished. (ie, banned from the network...or striped of all iweapons or etc)

Well, I'm used to disappointment, so I wil wait untill they fix the exploit, but I'm quite curious about this sentence from bioware blog: "Some restrictions may still apply, Operation Raptor is not open in all regions." How I learn whether "my" region is under these restrictions? Is there any kind of list? Aftter the troubles with ME2 and Dragon Age DLCs last year, I would like to hear that central europe is not ignored again.

Kinda agree with Havenofury on this. They have had two of these events so far, and both times have pretty profoundly dropped the ball. I have zero motivation to take part in the these events when I don't get the reward as promised, but in fact have to wait 11 days for the first one, and god knows how long for the next.

my point exactly. the next event is coming up already. they'll owe us 2 packs before this is over i bet. ps3 players might as well not get upset.

I promoted 2 chars aswell and did not get either of the packs aswell.

Read the main page people, they had to stop giving out packs temporarily because people were hacking the game to get more packs than they were suppose to. You'll get your packs, just be patient.

No updates on Beachead yet? They said "later this week" and it's Thursday already. I'd like to be told I cannot participate again please.

they wherent hacking they where crying in EA support and you can get alot of crates doing that. A friend got 7 crates by going to diffrent EA support members and crying like a baby and the crates came rolling in.

I havent gotten any, and i still want them before its tolate
