Yea, They are dropping the ball in so many areas. The patch is useless and they don't know what is going on. Do they have a QA department that check things before it is released to the public? Do they care? The answer is NO to both.

EA has earned the "Most Hated Company" by far. They really know how to upset their client base.

I Haven't gotten it yet. The DLC sucked. Bioware you dissapointed me yet again. Prothean "in my cycle Bioware gave a c---!" By the way Raven how do I add the group's picture?

My game just updated... I don't see the multiplayer dlc but I don't think it's out on PC yet.. As well as no commendation pack and yes I promoted 2 characters during the event. I did get my victory pack however and that was last week.

Well, where is the packs and commendation for those that did not get it due to the bug on day 1? Come on, you should at least make a statement if it is pass the date. Then they wonder why they got the "Most Hated Company" award.

i talked to a rep from Origin...they said that they stop giving the packs out because there was a bug people were exploiting to give them as many as they wanted...they told me they would start giving the packs out again once they fixed the bug but they did not have an ETA for me

It's been 7 days since we we're supposed to get our packs. I haven't received the Victory or Commendation Pack.

As far as I know its 1 commendation pack (which most of us got), and 1 pack for promoting 2 chars.

It was worst company, but since it's so high profile, making games that people like, just because they're upset they voted it worst.  "You can take our houses, but you can't mess with our games!!"  That's the general sentiment.  One quote from the Consumerist report is that "EA is nickle and diming customers to death."  Really?  BoA squandered over 138 BILLION dollars, further plunging this country's economy, all the while forclosing on peoples' homes, kicking them out on the street.  Causing who knows what in terms of death and stress.  One man in Wilmington, CA killed his family and committed suicide to get away from the poor economy, due largely in part by BoA.

But no, EA is worse than that.  Don't f*** with Shepard or we'll vote you the worst company!!!

Could a Bioware moderator poke the powers that be for an update on this?

It was announced that the problem was found, fixed but need further testing and most likely those of us who didn't get packs would get them next week. It has been a week now and more critically, one day past the deadline for redeeming the packs.

Are we still going to get the packs and if so, when?

I would not put the hate on bioware. The have taken heed of the fans. And when's the last free map pack you saw for MP on live? It's a crapolia of problem. But I'm sure they won't forget about us.


Still......would like my packs soon.

Finally got help from EA support, however i am now entitled to the rewards, but i cant obtain them.
