Same here. Chris escalated my case. Kyle Cooper emailed me, he aplogized and let me know that the Raptor commendation was succsessfully tied to my account. It's now under my registered game content, but it isn't appearing in my game.

you are probaly having the same issue i am having. if u have played a game of multiplayer since then and still nothing then we just have to wait for them to resolve the issue... again

I got the Commendation Pack but not the Victory Pack. Hoping it comes out tomorrow.

the victory pack has been conjoined with the reserves pack from operation resurgence and you will recieve one pack with the spoils for both. should be released tomorrow or next day. hope this helps

Same - there is no commendation pack in game, only on my registered content(((((

I just finish a chat with EA support. Have the same problem, I can see the commendation on the entitlement page but not in game. EA support wrote this:

"I am afraid that you might have to wait for some more time as yours seems to be one of those cases where customer haven't got the pack."

I ask for more details, waiting for reply... Do we have some input on this?

Same Problem. I have had the Raptor pack showing in my registered content for 2 weeks and it says it expired on April 10. However, I have never seen it in the store. I was checking again today since they said they fixed the exploit and granted commendation packs, but alas, I still have nothing. Talked to EA support, they said to wait.... my patience is stretched thin.

Read the new about the pack beign granted in the morning.. so i rushed to check the mutliplayer store on ME3 to find.. NOTHING...

im not sure to poke over support about this matter... im on GTM -4 so im not sure it might be related to that... and its not even on my registered game content... though i did meet all the req. to get the commendation pack.

anyone knows if it might be time zone related?

I have mine under the registered game contents page with the help of EA's live chat, but it doesn't seem to appear ingame.

Also it states that the pack expires on the 10th of April under my registered game contents page

I got a raptor pack pack today and idk if they changed the names of either the victory or commendation pack. If one of the names was changed can someone tell me?
