Looks like I won't be getting my commendation pack, according to the Help because I had my feedback turned off I don't qualify.

So what about the rest of us who had feedback turned on, promoted 2 chars during the weekend (I promoted 6 classes!) and still don't have a commendation pack? Again, it shows on my registered game content but it never arrived in my store ingame. Are we screwed or is there something we can still do?

How do I check my registered game content?

i got my commendation pack and received lvl 1 n7 eagle though i already had it from a premium spectre that i bought... wtf shouldn't have been lvl 2?

You cant get n7 eagle through spectre or premium spectre packs it is simply not possible. The eagle, valiant, crusader, and hurricane are only available through commendation packs.

@Sexy.KOT69 to check registered game content go to the very top of your BSN webpage (if your reading this just go tot he VERY top) and u will see a tab on the far right called games, click mass effect 3, and then click registered game content to show a list of dlc and awards that are registered to your account.

Can someone link me a post from Bioware representatives regarding Victory pack for Raptor ? Everywhere I checked I see information only regarding Commendation Pack. Btw, did not receive it as well as Victory pack, it is not displayed in my account, and live support is not available (all options, even e-mail are grayed at https://help.ea.com/contact-us).

I just got From Ashes DLC, Online pass and Reckoner Knight there... I recieved only 1 pack.

good question the link below bioware game support just takes to EA help which helps with nothing at all

dude i'm telling you... last week i bought a premium spectre pack and i recieved a n7 eagle
