Dammit still get live chat to work here in the uk. I've tried 4 browsers across 2 pc's and a mac. Submitted an email to them about my missing raptor pack and hope for the best. Why should we be jumping hoops for this, the problem seems to have been found that if you recieved a victory pack for raptor 2 weeks ago then the system flagged you as already having the reward and you didn't get a comm pack, surely BW can correlate this and ship the missing packs to people.
So fustrated with this whole thing.

Can we get an update from Bioware please? I haven´t received the commendation in the game yet. It shows in my profile but still not working in game. I contacted EA support 3 times, the first time they "gave" me the commendation pack (in my profile) but it wouldn´t work in game I waited for a day but since it still wasn´t working I contacted them again and this other person told me that I should talk to Bioware since the problem was on their side because they (EA) had already activated the pack on my profile. So I waited one more day to see if there were any news and since I saw people were contacting EA again I tried one last time this morning and now they tell me that there is a problem, that they are aware but that I will have to wait a little more. So I was wondering if Chris or any of the other employees that are working on this can give us an update or at least tell us to keep on waiting. I want to know what I should do because I keep reading that some people already got it.

I'm in the same boat. I got a message from Chris 2 days ago that said there is a problem on their end and that they're working on fixing it now. I hope that helps ease your panic.

Success?! I did promote 2 of my characters during raptor operation, but where is my commendation pack? I got victory pack but no commendation pack!!??!?!?

Well, that hope is dead. BW don't care. They care only about our money. For those who didn't get one: They will say that we had our Send Feedback option turned off...
