it was me2 as well but till ea decided they could make more money selling it on the play station console as well as pc and xbox, but yes mass effect was exclusively on xbox, i think it may have been bad thing to give it to them not because of the problem but in general that all the tech problem with the play station has with it
like low fps and such

Also just an FYI ME1 was a port from the Xbox 360 to the PC. ME2 launched at the same time as the Xbox/PC and the ME3 was three system launch.
Thinking about it now ME should've just stayed on the PC/360.

You apparently know nothing of Anon...they didn't say they were going to disable individuals DNS. Read up before you mess up. Again.
Actually, I did.
Ignorance must be bliss.
Here's a direct quote from anon's pastebin...
In order to shut the Internet down, one thing is to be done. Down the13 root DNS servers of the Internet. Those servers are as follow:
A 198.41.0.4
B 192.228.79.201
C 192.33.4.12
D 128.8.10.90
E 192.203.230.10
F 192.5.5.241
G 192.112.36.4
H 128.63.2.53
I 192.36.148.17
J 192.58.128.30
K 193.0.14.129
L 199.7.83.42
M 202.12.27.33
By cutting these off the Internet, nobody will be able to perform adomain name lookup, thus, disabling the HTTP Internet, which is,after all, the most widely used function of the Web. Anybody entering"http://www.google.com" or ANY other url, will get an error page, thus, they will think the Internet is down, which is, close enough.Remember, this is a protest, we are not trying to 'kill' the Internet,we are only temporarily shutting it down where it hurts the most.
I won't post the link, but I'm sure you can find it if you try hard enough.
If you're going to attempt to troll, at least get your facts straight.

Well, apparently you don't understand the information you just gave.
ROOT DNS SERVERS. not individual DNS. meaning that if you were to attempt to connect your PC to the Internet, PS3 to PSN or Xbox360 to XBL, it would not connect.
Therefor, as i said in my first post, don't bother attempting to connect on the 31st if Anon does what they say they will do.

Apparently you don't know what a HOSTS file is...
I don't play on xbox.
Good job on assuming though!

Only initially and only for ME1. Then BW contracted another company to do the PC port for ME1.
ME2 was xbox and PC. Later PS3. Leading up to xbox, ps3, pc for ME3.

Wow are you dumb...a host file? really? you think you can simply place in other root terms into the IP and have it work? are you KIDDING??
Do you even know how a network WORKS???
Maybe if you were an IT grad you'd realize how stupid that little statement of yours is...

I don't use common sense:P

and thanks for attempting to edit my post in your quote, maybe next time you'll use proper grammar when you do.

Blah blah blah. I'm talking out my butt. I like to call people names because they keep shooting down my arguments.
Yeah, I can do that too.
Not host, HOSTS. Look it up.
Better yet here's the wiki for you:
http://en.wikipedia....ki/Hosts_(file)
The hosts file is a computer file used in an operating system to map hostnames to IP addresses. The hosts file is a plain text file and is conventionally named hosts.
Name resolution DUH.
Apparently YOU have no idea what DNS does. Do you think switches use DNS? No, they are layer 2. Do you think routers care about DNS? No, they are layer 3. Do you even know what layer 2 is? How about layer 3? DNS is what layer?
Like I said, ignorance is bliss.

So what good does promoting characters? After all it doesn't have any effect on the single player ending.
Others will see that your n7 rank is higher and think that you are not a noob. You can still be a noob, a very persistent, or very rich noob [buying tons of packages for bioware points and promoting characters without even playing].
