Under Video Options, my Graphics Detail slider is grayed out and it looks like it is preset to low, so I do not ever get any blood effects on my armor. I can set all of the other options just fine, but I can find no way to get Graphics Detail to open up.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to fix it? Or not even had the problem but know what's wrong and how to adjust it?
