Its a tie between Jacob and Zaeed. Both completely forgettable.

Vega - Just an all round shallow douchebag. There is literally nothing to his character whatsoever, no subtlety, no depth, he's just an a-typical soldier with an off-the-rack "Oh I made a bad decision once and now i'm all angsty about it" back story.

I couldn't pick him out of a crowd of one.
