Tali, nothing personal she's just the one I like the least plus I really don't see what's so special about her.anyways.

Allers doesn't count as a character, it's just an IGN's banner.

James have kinda grown on me a bit much like Jack in ME2. They have moved from annoying to indifferent.

EDI. I like her character but I don't like it that they made her into a squadmate. That spot could have been used for a ME2 squadmate instead.

Thane, Jack, and Kasumi while they have personalities they're not suited for combat crazy, dying, and thieves are not military material they should all be in gangs.

Ashley, but for ME3 only. Why no dialogue with me, Ashley?
I also LOOOVE Javik, but I don't feel like he was worth 10 bucks.
But by far, my least favorite crew member is Diana Allers, because I still don't know what exactly she added to anything.
He sould have costed $0 but EA/Bioware want your money for content on the disk.

Kaidan was pretty boring in ME1, but I liked him in ME3. Reminds me a little bit of myself. Guess I'm boring too then, eh?
Ashley...well...somehow I kinda liked her in my first Mass Effect playthroughs, but now I just can't stand her and always let her die on Virmire. Too manly, too self-centered, too "screw aliens". Even my gentleman-genes are not strong enough to save her.
Guess I'll go with Jacob. I didn't really hate him, but the only interesting thing about him is his father. Good soldier, bad friend.

I know right? I mean, the main reason I don't use him is because I'm a soldier and i need squadmates with powers like overload, warp, incinerate, ect. but still...Generic Name wrote...
Javik. I had to pay for him and he has yet to be used.
Edit: Oh, and to answer OP: Probably Ashley/Kaiden. They just bore me to tears. Same goes for Thane, really.

The Body thing kind of annoyed me. However, since Eva (Her body's origional person.) was a Cyborg, does that mean EDI has a fully compatible body?
As I said, Edi annoyed me the most.
I didn't like Cortez at first, but considering his only role was shuttle pilot and not a mandatory squady I was happy.
Morinth never made it past ME2. Sorry, alien pedo-rapist vampires don't even survive my Renegade Shep.
