From the crew I'd say Allers. If you're going to put a reporter on the Normandy it should have been Emily Wong. Instead she dies in a tweet and we get a blatant piece of stunt casting.

Out of all the squadmates it has to be Kaidan. Boring nice guy with a troubled past. I just never get the impression he feels strongly about anything, at least Ashley's xenophobia and religion (both traits I found off putting) are in fact strong opinions.

 First off let me just say that I agree with what Tali said about Miranda and I apply to all the squadmates I list here:

"I didn't like her. Keelah, she was such a b!tch.  But I respected her.  Sometimes that's better than liking."

So here's mine list:

Liara: Her romance felt so forced.  Omnipresent... Soft... Monotone: Now I know why Homer hates Flanders.
Jacob:  Ditching Femshep for NPC Brynn.  It felt too out of character.  I blame BSN.
Miranda: "Cerberus Cheerleader" For the Nth time I HATE SPACE N@ZIS!!!  What Tali says above.
Morinth: She CRIT FAILs me with idle dialouge.

Vega because he has like...such a generic and unoriginal character. Ashley because she is rather annoying. Kaidan because he booooressss the chicken wingsssss out of me.

Don't know why everyone loves her, but, she's just never grown on me. I mean, she's nice and all, but her personality is less personality, and more "youthful energy" in the first game, and it stretches into flat cynicism by the third.

I mean, she has her moments, don't get me wrong, but honestly, so does EVERY cast member, from "boring" old Jacob on down.

Although Jacob is probably tied. He's nice and all, but yeah. Pretty boring.

It's a tie between Samara and EDI. All females since part 2 were overly sexualised, but in those two cased it just came out awkward like hell.

kaiden grew on me in ME3 but it used to be him, jacob and miranda bored the hell out of me in ME2, as did vega, just the human characters in general I guess lol

Alenka never made from Virmire.
I'm glad we saw new trait of character of Jacob in ME3. Even when he was romanced.
Vega is just useless.

Vega, he's just so boring. Oh and Kaidan too, this is primarily why I gave him the boot in ME1.

In Mass Effect one (on my first playthrough) it was Kaidan, I just couldn't see him as Kaidan, just a boring Carth Onasi.
Later, it was Jack, at that time I really despised her, avoided taking to her at all, just thought of her as a total b****, but as I went along and continuously played the first two parts of ME I grew to like her, a lot.
With my first playthrough of ME3 I really hated Vega, but as I went through the game a second time, albeit reluctantly, he grew on me as well. He actually is well written to be honest.
In retrospect, the character I like the least is Zaeed, not because I dislike him, he's awesome, but the other characters are more likable. Vega comes a close second on the least liked list for me still, followed by Liara and then Kaidan.

Allers won't be getting any visits fom me in my 2nd playthrough.

I liked Vega because I read the comic about how he came to be on Shepard's crew before ME3 came out.

Ashley was ny LI in ME1, but I couldn't get any good dialogue going with her once she was on my ship in ME3 (probably cause i cheated on her in ME2. Still, i thought i could win her back. but oh well)

Ashley/Kaiden/Liara/Jacob take my top spots. Williams never made it off Virmire, Alenko got shipped off to Hackett, Jacob is the very sample of an emotional dry sponge, and I've never really cared for Liara.

Too bad we can't permanently kill Liara or Jacob off... =(

Yeah.. I played ME2 just with male Sheps... maybe with a female Jacob could become "more intersting". But at the end of each game somehow all crew members got a place in my heart even if they were a bit unlikeable at the beginning.

No, I can't keep a straight face and say that. Answering the question though: Kaiden, hasn't made it off Virmire ever, just never was interested in his character.

Yeah, he hates Tali, Mordin, Liara, and Javik, yet likes Allers.

I think insanity is the only explanation here.
