Jacob is the only character in the ENTIRE series I really dislike. I was also not a huge fan of Javik, but he was at least entertaining.

Note, I'm not counting villains or people you're supposed to hate.

1) Tali by a million. Every single conversation is her complaining in that disgusting voice. I was honestly so mad when Legion sacrificed himself, the only thing that made me happy was tali dying. I also hate how after she dies the whole crew is in mourning. Worst character ever.

James.

Boring generic everysoldier.

Funny, I thought he was the opposite of a boring, generic soldier.

Kaiden for me, he just got on my nerves. There's things about each crew mate that I don't like, but he was just the worst.

I love Ashley. She the only character I really care about. (I love how she is a little racist, and not bisexual like kaiden)

Did you really just wrote that racist is better than bisexual?

LOL, That gif cracks me up.

Also I agree with Isaac, seriously? Oh BSN you so silly. I love Ash but I don't find her racist but that's an argument for a different time.

And my least favorite crew member is Diana Allers. I went into the game giving her the benefit of the doubt but she truly sounds like she doesn't care and isn't trying while recording. She has no emotion in her voice or enthusiasm for a reporter. She would of been better if she said nothing at all. Her inclusion still boggles my mind. Why wouldn't the voice director point out to her how horrendous her voice acting is and tell her to try a bit more? She is so monotone it drives me nuts.

I will say though her last conversation about her colony she sounded like she was actually sad I'll give her credit for that. Also the email she sends to you after you talk to her about her colony was very well written, thank goodness they made it into a email or her one redeeming aspect would of been gone. If she had just sent emails the entire game I would of liked her. Only kept her on my ship because she gave me war assets.

Miranda. Could not stand her obnoxious, ****y face, her arrogance and condescending tone of voice. Plus she's human. I hate the human party members. Anti-human Shepard all the way.

Mass Effect 1 it was Tali only cos I didn't find her interesting

Mass Effect 2 Liara because throughout the whole shadow broke mission she didn't acknowledge Garrus' existence once even though she had know him for two year incredibly rude. Also when did we become such great friends she was a B-teamer for the whole of ME1

Mass Effect 3 Vega but only cos he insulted my awesome fish tank and model ship collection before asking for help joining the N7.

Garrus and Wrex (I kid, I kid)

In reality, my least favorite character in the series was Jack - she's a psychopath and a murderer for crying out loud; why would a Paragon Shepard (which I play exclusively) hire a convict?!

I never could really get over the fact that a large number of the squad mates in the series, aside from Tali, Ash, and Kaiden (EDIT: and Legion), were of rather morally dubious character. For instance, I was slightly disappointed in the character development of Garrus and Liara for that reason - they started relatively innocent, if naive, in #1, but by the end of the series they became all too willing to resort to ends-justify-the-means tactics, even if you played it Paragon in Garrus's case.

Vega. All he seemed to serve was as a prologue filler for new players to the ME universe, and that could have been served by any number of previous squadmates. I didn't mind the shuttle pilot having limited development, but I expected more from a squadmate. To me, Vega came off as a fair bit of a short handed after thought, with too many easy stereotypical actions and attitudes. To be fair, I had expected more former squadmates so that didn't help him none.

Jacob and Thane

Jacob is a stick in the mud and irritating as hell to try to be bros with, and I just don't like Thane for no particular reason.

Liara. Her rabbling on about the Protheans in that monotone voice puts me to sleep. And not to mention every 5 minutes in ME3 they have to give Liara a conversation.

Ashley. Still distrusting my Shep until I let her on the Normandy. The only reason I let her on was to see her reaction to meeting Tali (Who I dumped Ash for in ME2) and I was mildly amused. Otherwise, so not worth it.

Seriously, let the Cerberus thing die, bad enough they killed my squad members on Akuze, don't need her chiming in every 5 seconds thinking I'm one of them.

Ashley/Kaiden. Aliens joined me while I was working for a human supremecist organization and Ash/Kaiden didn't have the sense to recognize that. Then I stop the Collectors and ditch Cerberus and they STILL don't trust me.

I have no time to babysit people that can't think things through. Worse I have no inclination to explain myself to people who should know me better than that.

I keep Ashley around for her drunk stupor and to rub my relationship with Tali in her face and I HATED the fact that my Shepard suddenly was BFFs and CARED about them. Freaking autodialog...

ME1, Kaiden Alenko, like the previous comment, he never made it off Vermire.
ME2, Jacob because he was lack luster and poorly acted, but I have to admit really disliking Zaeed. Not because he was uninteresting, but because his personality really inspired disdain.
ME3, While I enjoyed Javik's personality, he was full-on useless in a fight.. making day one DLC sting just that much more.. Vega felt like a Mexican Jersey Shore jar-head, I barely ever spoke to him. He was my least favorite, and least used member of the squad.

Not even her fault. Did you not notice the same occurence in almost every Loyalty Mission?

Indeed. Speaking of which, Garrus was an awful wingman on the Alerei.

Your "mexican Jersey Shore" comment would have been telling enough but you kindly pointed out that you barely talked to Vega. I find it funny when people hate squadmates they know almost nothing about.

I never really clicked with Ashley. I dunno why.

Loathed Jack in ME2, but ME3 Jack is such an improvement that I don't mind the ME2 larval form now.
