Vega felt like a Mexican Jersey Shore jar-head, I barely ever spoke to him. He was my least favorite, and least used member of the squad.

Your "mexican Jersey Shore" comment would have been telling enough but you kindly pointed out that you barely talked to Vega. I find it funny when people hate squadmates they know almost nothing about.

yeah, you got me all figured out.

Wow! No idea how anyone can dislike James! Anyhow, for me, it's a tie between Zaeed and Jacob. Not because I didn't like them, just cared the least for them.

I didn't hate any party member. In fact, i loved most of them. For a brief time, I hated Vega for replacing my ME2 party members, but he's actually a really cool dude. I did end up hating Jacob though. Cheating bastard. I liked him before, but he lost all respect from me once I heard how his romance turns out. So Jacob's the worst by far.

Wait, forgot Allers. It's a tie.

Mass Effect 2 Liara because throughout the whole shadow broke mission she didn't acknowledge Garrus' existence once even though she had know him for two year incredibly rude.

Not even her fault. Did you not notice the same occurence in almost every Loyalty Mission?

Indeed. Speaking of which, Garrus was an awful wingman on the Alerei.

Agreed, didn't say a word. How the heck did Tali fall for that guy?

She didn't. She's all about Shepard.

Uhm.... interest in the same food?

Oh yeah. Must've been the chocolate, I heard it's an aphrodisiac.

The voice acting for Allers was very monotone.

Vega. He was alright but the fact he was introduced in the last game, I never really got a chance to get to know him well or get attached to him like the other characters.

Liara. She just really annoyed me in all three game and her drama during the Thessia mission in ME3 was almost unbearable.

It's a three-way tie between Liara, Kaidan and Thane. I'm not going to type a massive rant on why, sufficed to say I just dislike every single thing about them.

Agreed. Despite her prominent role in the franchise I found her to have a very dull and boring personality. I like a bit of fire to a character, she has none.

Mordin's ME3 writing was atrocious; they basically rearranged his catchiest lines from ME2 rather than rely on the voice actor to bring the same charm to the character in 3. Oh wait. They didn't even hire the voice actor back. There goes that idea. I had no problem killing Mordin.

Thank you. THANK YOU. Seriously, I keep seeing everyone talk about how great he was in ME3 and how moving his death was and I felt completely incapable of connecting with this new-voiced, catch-phrase-over-using guy that looks like Mordin.

I didn't kill him, I still play Paragon. But I felt nothing when he died. That's not how Mordin's death should make me feel.

Definitely Diana Allers... Pointless, annoying and bad acted addition...
Except for the 1st playthrough, I didn't even bother to talk to her on the Citadel...

Overall it was Ashley (the racist wench), Miranda "I'm better than everyone and have a weird arse" and vacant Jacob, a man that made a plank of wood seem exciting.

Vega belonged in an episode of Jesey Shore, but I could at least tolerate him.

Ashley is racist, annoying, distrustfull, and not that useful. At least she has good voice acting to convey all those flaws.

I can't decide between Kelly Chambers and Diana Allers: Kelly was creepy and Allers was useless (I'm still trying to understand why I even let her on the Normandy in the first place).

If we're talking about squadmates though I'd say Jacob, mostly because my FemShep kept using that sexy voice when talking to him... I really didn't like that

Three characters I could do without:
#1 Jacob - Great look, great voice acting, completely boring character.
#2 Ashley - Again, great look, great voice acting, but her character just doesn't work for me. Too anti-alien and too hard headed. (Although I can see why others would like her.)
#3 Diana - She added nothing, had no memorable lines, and her model looked really odd.
