Your LEAST favorite crew mate and why

ME2: Miranda. Incredibly annoying personality and ugly to look at.
ME3: Ashley. SHUT UP ALREADY ABOUT CERBERUS!
Out of all three games I'd have to say Miranda was my least favorite companion. See above for reasons why.

Cortez: Good for you, you're gay, but I don't care so shut up about it. And stop trying to get into my pants!!
In this guy's defence, every dialogue with Cortez after the first meeting on the Citadel seems to be setting you up for a romance option.
How so? Speaking as a male shepard who didn't romance him, I never got the vibe that the game was pushing him on me.
Everything he said was a reference to his gay relationship, not only that but going the renegade option on him still plays off as a paragon choice. Way to pamper the only gay character in the game Bioware. I stoped talking to him after he looped the video of his husband and watched him crash into a building. Definetly the worst crew member by all.
Cortez is following a grand old tradition of Bioware. He lost his love. Plenty of other Bioware LIs(Carth, Zevran, Thane, Sky, etc.) won't shut up, or at least make plenty of refrences to, their deceased family and/or love. For good reason. I wouldn't know for myself, but I've heard losing the person you love is a horrid thing and changes you forever. Just my opinion, no need to spread it around. And... what? In that convo, all Cortez says is he's going to look at the eye candy, the male dancers on the floor. No pass at Shep, it is SHEP'S choice to pursue it. Otherwise, Shepard says he'll be looking at the other eye candy and you have a bro moment. I don't see the problem.

Hate to say it, but Wrex annoyed me too occassionally with how he'd prattle on about the Genophage. Love the guy, but still. He's just as bad as Tali and her Geth obession in the previous two games. Wrex just hides it better underneath all his badass.

Ashley - she's annoying.
James - he can be charming but really annoying.

ME2: Tali took over the creepy fangirl role from Liara, but again, it wasn't so bad if you romanced her. Jacob was boring, but I don't hate him as much as some people do. Thane was generally good, but sometimes it felt like the writers were trying too hard to make him cool.
ME3: I liked all the squadmates. The only problem I have is a non-romanced VS, since they basically cease to exist as a character once they get back on the Normandy. That frustrates me to no end, since I liked both Ash and Kaiden in ME1, and their romance paths are nice.

Javik. I think having him in the game took a lot of the mystery out of the Protheans. I think it would have been better if they'd stayed mythical. I'd delete him, but I share a box with someone who used him on almost every mission.
This is true.

Ashley/Kaidan, they both utterly suck, even worse than ME1. If there were a way to leave them both on Virmire I would have.

Kaiden - Flat, boring, and whiny to boot.
Javik - He's got some funny lines, yeah, but as a character he's just kind of an ass. As someone above me observed, I liked the Protheans as a whole more when we didn't know much about them. I've yet to have any desire to use Javik on a mission and really regret spending money on his DLC.

I don't know who was worse....Jacob or Vega? Probably Vega, just because he was such a tool.
Did an adept on my first playthrough, so pretty much had to use Vega.
Won't be doing that again.

Nothing against the same sex LI's but I was really afraid of my paragon turning gay cause i was just being nice. The whole Cortez and comforting him and stuff about his dead husband, was just too gay for me. (I am not a homophobe)
Ashley was annoying as well. She was still up to her alien hating, god loving, whiny self again. I gave her a second chance by bringing her along on the Normandy, but I quickly wished i left both kaiden or ashley on the citadel to work with hackett, give him something to do rather than call me after every mission to ask Why I called him, eventhough he was waiting on comm to talk to me...
Javik took some warming up to, hated him at first, but soon learned to accept him and enjoy his character.

Donnelly. He was the guy that when I tried to get a little alone time with Gabby, he wouldn't leave the room. Miranda was too stuck up, Jack was psychotic, Samara was married to her job, Tali can't give me a peck on the cheek without getting ebola, Kelly has too much of a thing for Vorcha, Liara has the personality of a depressed elcor and Morinth is about as hands off as it gets. Who does that leave? Gabby. And Donnelly won't give me a minute of alone time with her. Bastard.
That is some serious funny ****. Waaaaay to thought out but totally reasonable I think....
Well think about it, Gabby's the only female member of the crew that's always upbeat, has no lingering past issues and always has a nice thing to say to you when you see her. She's focused, she's intelligent and she's fun to be around. But not once does Donnelly let you talk to her without chiming in. All the other female love interests pretty much want you to kill people and blow stuff up to prove your worth. Gabby just wants you to spend a small amount of money on a ship upgrade and she's right as rain. It could have been a romance for the ages if Donnelly hadn't blocked you at every turn.
One word: Traynor. Course, she's a lesbian, so sucks for us male!Sheps.
Would you really want to date a woman that spends $6k on a toothbrush?
We all have our quirks.
But can you imagine the fallout? Shep's looking through her bills and finds out her new domestic partner just spent $5k for a hair brush, $6k for a pillowcase, $4k for a razor! The civil ceremony would cost millions, she'd have to get Wrex and Garrus to go on a ME1 style run where they kill all the pirates/mercs/thresher maws just so they can sell their stuff! Shep won't be able to afford Traynor for long with her spending habits for long.

ME 2: Miranda, snobbish, rude, and bossy.
ME 3: The VS. I figured they would cool off after Horizon but no they would not shutup about me and Cerberus ever.

ME3 Ashley, shot her. Vega, just a prat.
Loved the rest
