Jacob, Tali, and EDI.
I liked EDI in ME2, but in ME3 all she has to say is "SHOW ME HOW TO LOVE SHEPARD!!!!!!!!!!" because bioware thought it'd be cute or something.

Never really cared for Miranda or Jacob in ME2. When I encountered them both in ME3, I was reminded why.
Also, not a big fan of robot EDI. Just seems like a really pointless character, even if she is pretty useful to a Soldier Shepard in combat.

Jacob. So very... boring. Almost let him die in the Suicide Mission, but I didn't, hoped he would be better in ME3, alas, no, still very boring. And a bit of a cloaca.
