My least favorite is the guy who walks around in ME3 (usually on Deck 3, though I think I've seen him in the CIC area too) and has the broken red circle like other "clickable" characters, but if you select him he just salutes and doesn't say anything.
(I'm mostly kidding, though I did wonder what was the point of making him selectable just so he can salute.)

Kaidan, mainly because he went all Carth 2.0 on me. Everyone else in the galaxy who previously doubted me now has my back and he's still got doubts about where my loyalties lie.
I finally got sick of it and put a bullet in him during the Cerberus coup. ****** had it coming.
Damn shame, because I liked him in ME1.

I just find it odd that we have to treat gay's in a special manner when were all striving to survive int he game. Doesn't seem equal to me. I can be mean to any other character but cortez. Everyone lost someone in the fight doesn't make any sense to treat cortez higher than the other cause of his homesexuality.

I think it's funny how people are saying Kaiden is useless. Kaiden's a standard biotic...he's about as "useless" as Liara. The thing with biotics is that you can spam skills like crazy which can decimate the opponents as well as act as crowd-control...not to mention the biotic detonation which is downright vicious to groups of enemies. Add in Warp to take out barriers and Armor.
Then for Miranda haters, she was the all-rounder in ME2. She had Overload and Warp. Overload takes out Shields, Warp for Barrier/Armor, and SMG for Health. You don't get a better Swiss army knife than that.

EDI, I'm afraid. I appreciate what Bioware was trying to do here, but where in ME2 I thought their portrayal of synthetic life was interesting and thought provoking, ME3's synthetics have been reduced to cartoon characters. The Geth included.
To compensate, I thought Legion was the franchise's single best crewmember.

I hate Jacob, Jack, Zaeed, Vega and Cortez so much. They bug me so much. Let me send them on a suicide mission to stop the reapers, or as a distraction when i have to run to the citadel beam at the end. WIN WIN situation.
EDIT: Allers too. OHH man, she is so useless. I'd rather giver up her as a character and trade her off for an improvement for the game. Put those resources into another area, like Tali's photo.

Zaeed or Jacob. Never got to develop much of a relationship with Zaeed, and his personality is a bit conflicting with my own.
Jacob, I avoided talking to because of a mixture of he didn't have much to say when I did, and Shep's voice got all creepy around him. Too suggestive for a romance I didn't want.

I took Vega and Ashley with me all the time when I could, just in case there was a quest that had me kill of one or two companions. So yea, those where my least favourite. And Jacob ofcourse

At the end of Mass effect one she's the on that tells you to save the council race while the other species tells you not to sacrafice human life. The writer of Ashley stated that people have the wrong perspective of her being xenephobic. Yes she starts off that way but never finishes that way.

No, no! I totally agree with you in principle, I mean my Shep is always a knob do-gooder who wouldn't want to make anybody decent cry, but I do see your point. Cortez and Traynor were touchy subjects for Bioware though, and they knew they had to tread lightly while broaching the subject of fully gay, not-just-halfway there characters.
Honestly I just laughed at the previously mentioned thing.
