frequent glitches

here is a list of glitches that i find frequently in the game just off the top of my head i hope these get fixed because they have been ruining many games for me and some of them are cause for a party wipe

the main descriptions of the glitches are underlined, for those of you who dont want or care to read it all
  •     (I seriously hope this is a glitch and not intentional so that it can be fixed) phantoms become invincible in the transition of cloaking as well as while they are performing an evasive action (this is extremely frequent and can cause serious problems in a match)
  • phantoms become invincible at random times (in most of these cases the phantom stands still but cant take damage until she moves again)
  • atlas sometimes walk on top of smaller units (this often results in them gaining height advantages such as shooting over cover)
  • units that fall to the ground and dont get back up and are immune to damage and can also shoot while stuck like this (most commonly associated with stasis but can also be triggered by any effect that can knock them to the ground)
    frequently there will be another glitch caused by this one where there is a sort of ghost body that ends up in the air while the origional is
    on the ground but the ghost body can still shoot
    (this gives the illusion that they can shoot through walls and cover but they are really shooting over it)
  • (this may be more of a ballance issue but i consider it a glitch) the second you use a medi-gel all units are aware and start shooting before you even have a chance to move (although you are invincible in the process of getting up you are still voulerable to anything that can stun or knock you back,this often results in extending the time you are unable to move past the time you are immune to damage resulting in instant death)
  • units getting trapped in their spawn, under the map, and inside walls
  • the slightest touch of a ladder when evading over a ledge will pull you back to the ladder after you land (this often results in getting trapped in between the ladder and wall unable to move)
  • brutes being able to hit through cover
  • brutes jumping over small cover when charging (im not talking about the brutes normal ability to jump over things, this is noticably different)
  • the falcon will shoot blanks if the trigger is pressed too fast (this happens for anyone who is not hosting and also is still an issue even after the extreme nerf to fire rate)
  • vangaurds biotic charge sometimes fails to happen even if the target has the targeting box arround them and has their body fully visable
  • vangaurds that use a biotic charge as they die will experience an extreme glitch when they get back up resulting in floating, being able to walk over objects, launching into the air high above the map, and falling underneath the map ( most of the time this causes you to play as a sort of ghost body similar to what happens in the glitch mentioned above in #4, your normal body will be on the ground being shot at while this happens and in some cases you will instantly revive upon death)
  • a banchee can sometimes grab you by charging to a spot you were in the second before causing your body to get sucked toward the banchee and geting insta killed (for example if a banchee charges to the spot you were in before you rolled backwards she can grab you from that spot even if you arent there)
  • turrets and banchees will turn invisable sometimes
  • sticky grenades with the proximity mine evolution and proximity mines often fail to get set off when walked over or when someone is in range
  • cobra missiles will be used up but fail to launch
  • if knocked back while using a cobra missile it will not work (this may be partially intentional due to the orientation of the launcher when getting hit such as pointing to the left, but even if there is a wall in front of the launcher when this happens it will not
    do damage to nearby enemies)
  • the banchees warp will often fly through objects that it should have collided into
  • husks can grab you in the process of normal and heavy melee
  • rocket troopers will sometimes rapid fire multiple rockets at one time such as fireing three rockets in a row
  • heavy melee will sometimes follow a target across a distance if they are knocked away by something like throw
  • turrets will still be placed even if the engineer dies or is knocked back in the process
  • enemies that walk into a stasis bubble will sometimes not get frozen even if they had not already had stasis used on them twice
  • consumables will get used up but have no effect (for example if you use a medi-gel it will be consumed but you will still be dead, this often blocks the use of another medi-gel even if you have one left)
thats all i can think of at the moment, i will add more as i remember or discover them
