I have bought a couple of items at the Bioware Store within the last month. The first item was called the "Mass Effect 3 Console Vault /360" and i ordred it on 3/9/2012. But still as of now it says Pending Fulfillment, but the redictulas thing is that they have already charged my credit card in full. And I do not mean a small withholding fee or a temporary fee nither. I mean the FULL price. Now the second item is the "N7 G-155 Personal Gaming Environment"
i bought was yesterday on 3/27/2012. Though i may have bought it yesterday, that is not the point here. The point is is that the same thing is happening. The order status says "Pending Fulfillment" and on top of that they have already charged my card in (once again) full. Some people may say that Bioware has to clear the item with the manufactorar.....BUT this item that I bought is not sent from Bioware....it is sent from the people who make the product(s). Don't beileve me? Here is what the item description says.
"This item will be drop-shipped direct from GAEMS."
So....apparently Bioware could possibley be stealing from me. Charging me for the item i ordered and then not sending it and just marking the status always "Pending Fulfillment". Can someone please confirm that I am the only one having this issue? I like supporting Bioware, but.....If they are stealing from the cusomters then.....This could become an issue.

Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks

Whenever you buy something you are always charged in full immediately from the Bioware store (or at least I always am). Usually they have a shipping date on the items in the description and say if they are a pre-sale. In the case of the console vault it doesn't ship till the the week of 4/9/2012. The gaming environment says to wait 3 weeks for it. If after 3 weeks it doesn't show up then I would worry about my money.

That is indeed the norm with the Biowarestore, doesn't matter if its a pre-order or instock they charge in full upon purchase. Pending Fulfillment is their generic term for, paid and awaiting shipment. It will state that until it actually ships.

Ok....This is getting ridiculous. I ordered the N7 G-155 Personal Gaming Environment back on 3/27/2012 and now it is nearing the end of 3/29/2012. it has been almost 2 1/2 - 3 days to even get the product shipped out. What is BioWare doing?! Though they do not send the product themselves, they still send out the order request information to the mandatory company. I mean...COME ON!

I have ordered from many other places on the web (Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy and so on) and all of them are able to send out the product within the day I order it or by the very next day at the latest. I can't BELIEVE this. I mean....BioWare HAVE my money and my shipping information.....WHAT ELSE DO THEY NEED?!
BioWare....Where is the product that i ordered from your store? And on top of that....there is NO cancel order button. So...apparently if you order something and you change you mind, there is NO way to cancel you order and get a refund. What kind of business does that?

What I am trying to ask is:
1. What are you doing with my order BioWare and where is it?
2. Why on an Online store is there NO cancel option to cancel my order and get a refund?

Thanks

You could just contact support. They are usually very good at resolving these things.

Flamm1ng :

Per the item description from the store for the Personal Gaming Environment:

This item is shipped domestic standard to the the lower 48 states of the U.S.A. only. It will be drop-shipped direct from GAEMS. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. This item cannot be purchased with other items. Please place a separate order for additional items.

We send the orders to GAEMS and the items are shipped directly, per the description. If you open up a support case through the store, CS can help answer any questions that you might have about availability of tracking information.

Hope that helps,
Ms D

I'm having a similar issue with a shirt I bought over two days ago...a shirt...1 shirt....that was in-stock and still is in-stock and yet it is still pending fulfillment!? I mean they can't toss it in a box slap two stickers on it and send it out with the UPS dude in the afternoon? I realize they are probably getting a lot of orders in each day but the turn around on shipping single in-stock items shouldn't be this long...

It all just makes me wonder what they are occupying their time with if not shipping orders out?

I ordered the N7 G-155 also and i looked online and found Flaming Demons other post on the gaems site about what was going on. I ordered it on the Thirtieth and was getting mad because its still pending fulfillment, but i saw Flamings post on gaems and they said we basically pre-ordered the unit because they didn't have it available. WTF, why didnt it say we were pre-ordering them, or at least send us an email saying whats up?

Update: Got it today so idk the tracker must be retarded or they are the best people ever and like to surprise us. :)

Treehouse is a bit busier than usual right now. They're running biowarestore, visceral games store, and a few others. Somewhere on the order of 6 stores and growing. I know they dropped a bunch of promotions across some of the stores over the last few days, so they may be on an order influx.

However, I've placed 16 orders for an exact total of over 1,000USD, and so far i've only had issues on 3 of those orders. I found in those instances, contacting their support team was the quickest way to resolve the situation or get answers, and they're pretty damn friendly. I wouldn't have spent so much with them if not :)

They are a little slow on fulfillment from time to time, but i've never had anything (except one order where they had some issues moving the products between bioware in Canada and the distributor in Colorado - but when governments get involved, everything goes to hell. can't fault them for that one!) run on for a wildly long time.

Hang tight, and if the noted time span on the product page passes without an update, fire them off an email or open a support ticket!

That does not mean they have the right to not properly tell the customer everything that is essencial when selling products and in this case that the item that I ordered was a "Pre-Order" item.

Ya....That means nothing considering that they are not responciable for shipping the item after the customer places the order. By the way, I already did this and Customer Support was so incredibly unhelpful. They told me that they (as I said above) have no control over when and where the item i order is shipped and that they only are responcible for, telling the manufactor (GAEMS in this case) what and how many item(s) need to shipped and where. As well as updating the status of the item that the customer ordered. That is ALL they do according to the Customer support emails I was recieveing.

Anyway, as mentioned I am currently posting on GAEMS website trying to figure out what is going on with my order. Here is the newest post from a GAEMS employee.

alexc of ProjectGAEMS wrote...
"So A little more info on the Bioware orders for everyone. We should be
able to get our skins as soon as Thursday of this week, and should be
able to start fulfilling orders the same day.

Thanks for your patience, and being a loyal GAEMS customer!"

As of now it is Satarday, April 7th 2012, which means is has been 12 days since a placed me order. Concidering that at the time of my order there was no visible notification of the item i ordered be a "Pre-Order" item, it can be possible that GAEMS (Also known as ProjectGAEM) is a company that lies, misleads and cheats customers into buying their products to just turn around and make up reasons and excuses to not provide the service they say they do. Meaning that they may not actually be a company but instead a collection of people. Ever so, I will keep trying to find out what is going on and get to the bottom of this situation. If you wish to follow me on their forums you can go here and continue to get updates about what they are saying to convince me and other customers to believe they are really a company. Go here to view me debate with the company.

I also forgot to mention that I have taken notice that on Project GAEMS Forums there seems to be my thread topics describing various issues with ProjectGAEMS Mobile Gaming Enviroments. From screen lighting problems, to buttons on the Mobile Gaming Enviroments stop fuctioning, to the speaker system malfuctioning to even things such as when someone using a TV remote at a unspecified distance changing the Units channel to make the unit unusable and unresponsive.

This can further the possibility of ProjectGAEMS not making reliable products, only to produce the high quality ones for product display as well as for people to make video and written reveiws. As of now I am still waiting to hear from the employee named alexc to give a responce to my post on their website. Which I must add does not seems like a website a major company would produce. Espcially if they are making expensive equipment that sells at a high price. Which can only add to the suspicion......

In my thread on ProjectGAEMS webpage a new post has appeared. It is posted by alexc. Here is what he has stated.

alexc wrote...
All pending orders were shipped out Thursday. I can provide you with a tracking number. Please send an email to
support@projectgaems.com and tell us the name you had ordered under, and we would be glad to provide you with that tracking info.

But from what the BioWare Store webpage says my order is "Pending Fulfillment". I can see he that alexc wants me to send him my name but it is the responsibility of the BioWare store to stay up to date with their information. If the orders that has been classified as "Pre-Orders" were sent out on Thursday and today it Satarday (almost Sunday where I am) why has the BioWare Store not updated my ordered status or even sent me a email saying that my order has been shipped? I can understand them not updating the order status or emailing me from a couple of hours to a single day (because the BioWare Store does not ship the item themselves) but not two-three days.
I will be emailing the BioWare Store right not to see what is going on and I will post when I find out more.
