There was a power outage when I was playing... When the power was back on, and I started ME3, all my achievements were gone. Thankfully nothing happened to my saves, but...
Anyone had the same kind of problem? Anyone knows the solution to this?

I did, but it was caused by something else.
In the Save directory, which is "My Documents"\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\Save there is a file called "Local_Profile.sav"
Apparently this contains the achievements, or at least I think it might. Mine was corrupted somehow and I could not log into my Origin account correctly. It kept telling me that my DLC was unauthorized. So I had to delete it and then the game recreated it after I restarted. This file contains most of your settings in the Options menu as well. But I lost my achievements in the process, although that allowed me to authorize my DLC correctly.
This is not unlike a problem I had in ME2 where the game crashed and it corrupted its profile file... and I lost all the achievements in that game.
I don't know what version of Windows you have, but if you have system restore you may be able to recover your file from a previous version. In Windows 7, right click on the file I mentioned above and look for the Previous Version tab in "Properties". If it backed it up before you lost power you might be in luck.
