The real question is, how did you get all of those extra powers in the list? I assume it wasn't done via the same method as in ME2, where you had to manually load powers in after entering a hub or loading a game.
I just used Gibbed to add those powers to my list, but it can only be done with Bonus Powers...
So no Biotic Charge and Tech Armour for my Infiltrator

With regards to the Illusive Man's eyes, I used ronin4444's values on page 16 for the Emis_Colors:
Blue: 1.2
Green: 0.6
Red: 0
You get this:

So it's worth testing out the different color ranges.

This thread: http://social.biowar...index/9776690/1 also helps out those who have trouble using Gibbed's Save Editor.

Yea, I keep track of that thread. Tried many people's suggestions on what colour values to use, but in the end I just kept tweaking it and found that the higher the "Blue" value, the more glow the eyes get

Definitely! Just making others aware that if they have questions with the editor, it can be answered in the thread!
Edit: I hope people keep tweaking the colors, hopefully we'll find out the "best" value for the Emis_Color.

Emis_Color only controls the colour of the effect but not when it will appear so you'll only see it working if you're Renegade, which is exactly the same as with ME2. You have to add the Illusive Man's eye texture properties as well to see it all the time.
How the heck have people gotten it to work constantly without adding EYE_Diff and EYE_Spec?
