Hi,  

I have bought DA:O a few days ago, it's a brilliant game!
I didn't realised until yesterday that there were some free unlockable items codes in my game box.
Went on to register with my PSN email address on the website according to the printed instructions found on the vouchers, redeemed the codes on the website and now the items don't show in the game.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?
Who should I get in touch with?

What version of the game are you using and on what type of account? version and type meaning US, Eu or asian etc.

EU version on EU account.

I think it may have to do with wrong instructions on the vouchers to redeem the codes on the website instead of redeeming them through the PS3 game menu.

yeah, it's really not a great system they cooked up... But if i was you i would go on EA live chat, i heard that's the best way to get them to fix the problem... many people have had problems with the items.
