When hovering over the achievement icons, in some cases the text is cut off. For example "Poacher: You sided with the elves in" . I had a look at the source code and the problem is that there are double quotes in the title attribute - title="You sided with the elves in "Nature of the Beast"".

You should use HTML entities. 

The whole area gives the impression of shoddy programming and no testing.  For example, when looking at skills and talents, the text sometimes does not all appear until highlighted by mouse. Then the next, if it has shorter text, does not erase all the lines from the previous.
