This webstie will not accpet the redeem code I got with my CE. I've entered it with several combinations(with/without caps, with-/without-) and none work, my codes for the pre-order bonus and shale work fine.
As a point of interest, one of the letters are partially missing, but enough is there to tell what it is. Any help would be appreciated.
