Those useless moronic online advisors are all people in other countries who have to take 5 or more minutes to answer a yes / no question. ea games should just cut that stupid line of support off and use people from federal prisons since it's cheaper and they at least KNOW HOW to speak english, it's called UNICOR. if you think I'm joking, look it up. rapists, pedophiles, murderers, etc, will be glad as hell to answer you for 30 cents an hour over the phone support. too bad they use people outside this country to "TYPE" chat with you so it spends your entire night and day to get a super small issue possibly fixed. people on the phone at least say yes or no within 10 seconds of you asking the question, or will even answer in 2 or 3 seconds later about it. if anyone disagree's with me, PM ME and let me know your feelings.
kelu remember to add me on origin (and here if you wish), since I kinda went off into a rant about people who can't speak english and atttempt to even type it when we wait 45 minutes for them to answer our queue.

I contacted them a few days ago about the same thing with addition to the Chakram Launcher not unlocking...

He said that he had enabled the commendation pack from Operation Goliatch but it may take an hour or so to unlock on your account... 3 days ago this was. So I went back on to them and they said the exact same thing yesterday morning. So either it is just not available anymore or more likely they have no clue on what they are doing.

And the Chakram Launcher was like smashing my head into a wall. They couldn't understand what the difference between the Chakram Launcher and the N7 Argus was... I asked them about the Chakram Launcher and they said " We are sorry for this inconvenience, but you are unable to obtain the Argus Rifle because it was only redeemable via pre-order."

Live chat is a good idea if it had people who knew what they were doing!

Its all BS, oh well. Looks like Im done with ME3 all together. MP is lackluster (even more so with these broken events) and the single player game was so rushed along and empty of any meaning compared to the other games that it brought no enjoyment either.
