Are these item codes in the box or do we receive a email at some point?

Well I don't actually get the game until later today. But was wondering if anyone who did get the items or similar items how they unlocked them?

Again, as have been mentioned in so many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many threads, you enter your code through Profile->Redeem Promo Code on the lefthand side of your screen, or from inside the game.

How you get your codes is between you and wherever you bought them and in what way.
