I started a second playthrough but I doubt I'll finish it until the ending is patched. I'm actually doing an ultimate playthrough of Dragon Age 2 instead, which is sad because I wasn't even particularly keen on that game.
Does anyone else not want to play through a second or third time?

I didnt play games for like 4 days after beating mass effect. I was mourning
Right now, the multiplayer is fun enough, but I have no desire to replay singleplayer at all. I might find the motivation when this "clarifying" dlc comes out.

I have no motivation to play again.
The ending removed the entire point of me playing the game, the whole reason I enjoyed it, and thus I will not play again as I will find no enjoyment out of it. Hell, I haven't played it in a long time already. My Galactic Readiness rating has already fallen from 91% to 65%, if not further.

For me, the ending was just the stale icing on the crappy, tastes-like-cardboard cake.
I struggled through a second playthrough all the way up to the point after the Citadel coup and honestly, I have no desire to continue or even go through the game any more times. Which is really kind of sad. Both ME1 and ME2 I loaded right back up and played again. Heck, both games I re-played for months after release.
Not ME3.

I've started a second playthrough twice now, got about half way through and stopped. I'm now replaying the whole series in hope that by the time finally finished the alt. ending DLC would have been released and I can finally be saticfied with the ending of an amazing trilogy. Once I have achieved this I will retire have lots of little blue chlildren and sit on a beach somewhere and have the bromance with Garrus that we all know has been too long forthcoming.

Had I known the ending I couldn't even have played a first time. And I still feel like I failed Shepard to make her go through it.

Have felt no need to do a second run. It all ends up with the stupid starchild and his/its bizzare logic.

Since everything I do does not matter in the end I have no desire to play through it again. I did start another Orginal Mass Effect game play through. I will just take the ending as were that games story ends. It answers the same number of questions as the 3rd one.

Hell no.
Midway through ME3, I was planning on creating a character from scratch in ME1 to play through the entire series, but after the ending...
No. I've become increasingly indifferent to video games the past few years, and ME3's ending was the nail in the coffin for me.

I've been unable to start another playthrough. I think about it, but I just can't start it. Instead I've switched to playing the MP and also working on a couple of new ME1 playthroughs. By the time I get them through ME2 this announcement or whatever in April should be out and I'll know whether ME3 will ever receive a second playthrough from me.

Just imported another Shep for my third playthrough and still loving every second of it! The little differences are awesome, and the gameplay itself is significantly better in ME3 than the prior two. Don't think I'll get bored of it for a while yet...

I had made a couple of Characters pre ME3, and even tough i could accept if some (or all) oft them died, but the endings simply kill the appeal of different playthroughs, as your decisions simply don't matter at all.
(At least, you don't get to see the results and what you get to see is nonsenical)

After the 1st playthrough, I've been stopping right before going after IM. Figured there is no point beyond that at moment, I've played ever class to that point .

Started a new male adept Shepard in me1 and going to play all three games with him. I know the ending isnt the greatest but I do enjoy the characters and story as a whole more. I can't believe though how much improved the combat is from the first game to the third.

Not touched ME3 (singleplayer OR multiplayer) since seeing that awfull ending. Wanted to bring a new Liara Lovin' FemShep Soldier through the trilogy before, but as long as that insulting ending stands there's absolutely no point now.
Too bad that 119 hours and 45 min of epic awesomeness has to be destroyed in the last 15 min like that..

Maybe I'm just masochistic. I started ME1 again... Hope by the time I'm done with ME1 and ME2, April 6 rolls in with the new ending DLC. One can hope.

Nope, just started a new game for Mass Effect 1. I'm going to go through the first and second one. Hopefully, by that time, BioWare has cleaned up their god damn mess.
