I purchased the game during the 2011 Steam holiday sale and was able to register the game to my account without any problems, but the when I would try to activate the promo keys associated with the digital deluxe edition the site would tell me they've already been used. I didn't really have time to deal with this back then, but now I do, and after testing the keys again it's still a problem. I'm sure if I were to take this up with Steam support they would point me in this direction, so I'm going to completely forego that route.
tl;dr: The promo keys I recieved with the Digital Deluxe Edition DO. NOT. WORK. (Already been used)

Same issue here, the Cerberus and Promo keys work, the Game key does not, also there are no dashes (-) in the Game key but even adding those does not work.

There is nothing that I can imagine we can do to unravel that. This is a gamer to gamer self-help discussion place, with very few people to read the incoming traffic any more. When you have ACCOUNT problems, which is what all the codes and keys are related to, we have no access at all to those account records.
